we went to vegas to celebrate our anniversary the staff and location were great
Date of Stay:
June, 2009
Very friendly staff, clean and well cared for buildings/pool/rooms, continental breakfast, free shuttle to Harrah's Casino on Las Vegas Strip, hotel about 1.5miles from main strip so it was quiet yet close enough to walk to strip.
Date of Stay:
March, 2008
Stayed for a week on business because our class was in the hotel. It's a bit off the strip for the price they are asking for the rooms. You probably could get a comparable hotel on the strip or much closer to the strip for the same price. Hotel staff, while friendly, were a bit clueless at times. Phone didn't work and repair guy told me it was because I was using the internet...duh! Then he fixed the phone and broke the internet connection. He left the room and I wound up fixing the whole thing myself!Hotel is "okay" rooms were a decent size, but there's not too much on Paradise Road in that area (PF Changs and 2 other restaurants within walking distance) and it's about a mile to walk to the nearest monorail.Meeting room was horrible. It was really hot in there and you could hear all the noise from the lobby and the breakfast area upstairs.Pool was closed because the filter broke down, although it looked nice enough. Gym was small but no one was in it. Hot tub was okay but not really that "bubbly".All in all it's an okay place to stay, but I wouldn't pay more than 70/nite for a room here.

Breakfast offering was decent and room was clean and comfortable. Not fancy, but not rundown and old either. Staff was helpful. Recommended the Gordon Biersch Brewery across the street for dinner and gave me a 10% off coupon. Food and atmosphere was good. I sat outside near the pool on a park bench one evening, which was pleasant. Free internet access. I felt I got more value than the more expensive hotels. You'll have to take a taxi or drive to the casinos but I wasn't interested in that.

Friendly, accommodating staff and shuttle service. Allowed pets; staff would not take action for dogs barking in next room. Pros: Clean room, friendly staff, and nice breakfast eats. Cons: Allows pets, hotel staff won't take action if dogs barking in next room.
Date of Stay:
July, 2006
Nice location, away from the strip but easily accessible to everything.

Drove 4 hours to Vegas to see a concert at the Hard Rock, which was right down the street. The shuttle service was convienent and the breakfast the next morning was perfect. Great place to stay for a quick visit to Vegas and not paying the price of staying on the strip.

It was everything that was described on your website. This is a hotel that is a bit older, but kept in good working order. The staff was more than friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding for a serve - yourself one. It was a very noisy place late at night, though.
Date of Stay:

the room was very comfortable. was very happy to have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room plus a coffee maker. their continental breakfast was superb!! The airport shuttle bus could use a little help but we did make it to the plane. Over all it wasn't bad.

Balanced complimentary breakfast buffet, reliable complimentary shuttle service to airport & strip. Can't think of a thing! Very clean facilities, friendly staff. The fact that it was a few blocks from the strip was not inconvenient at all. Reasonable room rates, even on weekends. (smile)

the room was great no problem at all very close to the strip. continental breakfast was a plus for a quick bite especially with kids.

The free shuttle to the Strip. The staff wasn't very friendly, but if you don't care the hotel was OK.
Date of Stay:
June, 2008
It was close to the airport and since we were just passing through it was great for us.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
The staff was accommodating and friendly. They could have more choices in vending machines like microwave popcorn. I enjoyed my stay. The front desk and van drivers were very nice and accommodating.
Date of Stay:
March, 2008
the hotel was newly renovated, very clean and located only minutes from the airport. The airport transportation was timely and free. The hotel also provided transportation to the Strip and offered a more than adequate breakfast. This was an excellent value for a Las Vegas weekend trip!

Free breakfast, clean rooms and restrooms. No complaints.

Very friendly and accommodating. Everything was very nice. We got there late and asked for a roll-away bed which they said couldn't be, had a better room.
Date of Stay:
March, 2009
The continental breakfast had plenty of variety. Roomlocation was not appropriate for my daughter.
Date of Stay:

Well-run, good, hard-working staff. Needs some paint or new trim here and there. The first question is an impossible one. The hotel was very comfortable, excellent beds, bedding, pillows, etc. However, it is showing its age.
Date of Stay:
January, 2009
The hotel was clean and comfortable and a very nice free breakfast. The front desk people were very rude. Except for the people at the front desk, the over all experience was nice. It was close to the strip and the room was clean.
