Date of Stay: July, 2009

Our family of four stayed overnight after a day at Hershey Park. The park is about a 15 minute drive away. The hotel was as advertised. Reasonable price compared to others in the area, with a nice continental breakfast included in the price. Nothing really special about the rooms, but we were only interested in a place to sleep over night before heading to the DC area. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, and will stay here again if we are in the area.

Friendly staff. We could hear the people in the room above us walking around. The staff was very accomodating andthe room was clean and comfortable.

i found the hotel one of the better hotels i've stayed at. i found a very, very clean and organized room with a very large, extremely comfortable king sized bed with clean sheets and more pillows than a baseball team would know what to do with. the mini fridge was a nice accessory as my girlfriend and i brought treats back from hershey park and food from our dining excursion and needed a place for them to keep. the bathroom was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. i'm a tall guy so the shower head everywhere is a little low for me but this one seem to be made for lollipop kids. :) the staff was very nice and friendly and offered me a tray to take the couple plates of continental breakfast i had back to my room. great belgian waffles! the room environmental controls are very sensitive and work EXACTLY how they should. too high of a heat setting and it's like miami in july. to low and it's like pittsburgh in february. my advice, leave it as the cleaning crew has left it.

Disappointed in the "quality" of this * per night room; air worked great and we liked that we had our own microwave (didn't use) and mini-fridge (kept drinks cold), but the beds were very uncomfortable (soft, lumpy), and the room, including the bathroom was not very inviting. (dark colors, dark fake wood doors, out-of-date and stained molded tub, and not so clean tiny white floor tiles). The carpet was not in the best condition. Overall, the room reminded me of what motel rooms looked like in the 70's.

Everything was fine but on the day of check out I put out my "Do Not Disturb" sign in my door handle. A housekeeping employee came and knocked on my door as I was getting dressed to ask me when I would be leaving since the room had to be cleaned. Since check out was at noon I figured I had plenty of time. I found it to be rude. If you have you have a "Do Not Disturb" sign out doesn't that mean anything? It seemed they were annoyed I was still in my room at 11:00am. Not very accommodating. It was a good place to stay overnight but I don't know if I'd stay there again since it felt they were trying to kick me out!

Hot waffles for breakfast. Back door was propped open all night. Comfortable, clean, friendly, great breakfast. Not super convenient to 81 but very to 73.

Request for queen beds. Hotel only has full size. Mattress was concave in the middle on both beds. Certainly not enough room for 5 people, though they stated availability to accommodate this number. No roll away beds. Staff tried to be helpful, but just could not accommodate our party with what they have in the facility.

I had never stayed at a LaQuinta before....we were only looking for a place to slep after a long day at Hersheypark. The first room we were given was already occupied. The second(which we stayed) was just "ok". The bathroom vanity light did not work. Although the room was clean, it was very old and not very welcoming, kind of dark and gloomy. On the plus side, the breakfast area was very clean and offered a good variety of items to get you going. Would not stay there again.

Stayed in the hotel in order to catch an early morning flight out of Harrisburg, PA. Hotel was clean and close to the airport. Made for a good stay and short drive to the airport in the morning.

Manager was wonderful and facilities were great. Needs a little bigger breakfast area. Very accomodating staff and very wonderful staff. When we arrived, we were accidentally given a smoking room and were given a non - smoking room with no fuss. Staff and manager was very helpful with great attitudes.

I stayed here because I was in town for a convention and I could not afford a room at the hotel where the convention was held. The staff was nice, and they didn't laugh when helping me get into my room after I realized the reason my key didn't work was because I was trying to enter the wrong room. The room itself was nothing fancy, but you get a clean room with a decent bed. The microwave and refrigerator is something you usually since in higher priced hotels. Liked the free high speed wireless internet. The only downside is that the TV channel selection leaves much to be desired, and you can hear noises from the upstairs rooms. Overall, you get a little more than you expect at this hotel.

Proximity to airport. Dated facility, but clean. I don't frequent the area enough to really be objective in comparing the location to overall accessibility to the city itself. For my needs it was fine, staff was friendly and helpful, restaurant across the street was excellent.

We stayed at this hotel several times and we've had great service both times. It's in a great location, and i love thier morning breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean but my daughter and i had the same room both times we visited. We are looking to stay there in the next couple months or so. But i do reccomend it.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, but we did not get our room cleaned onthe second day. We were out all day and came home to no beds made and no linens.Fortunately, the desk clerk and a very cordial staff person assisted us with linens.Otherwise, our stay was very nice.

We chose this hotel because of its low price and proximity to the airport. We were very happy with the hotel overall - better experience than more expensive ones in the past. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

I flew in to Harrisburg for a funeral in Carlise. I chose a hotel close to the airport. I'm glad because my flight was late and I did not arrive until 1AM. Staff was plesant on my arrival. I like the idea of locked checkin doors. It was clean. The breaskfast person providesd some dish washing soap and hot water to clean the babies bottles.
