Computer with printer in lobby - cookies in lobbyat checkin - Outdoor sitting area with Gazebo. Bird poop on the outdoor chairs. Very good experience. Fully accommodating for handicap stay. Helpful staff. Family friendly.

We needed to drop off my 16 year old daughter at the airport early 6:00 a.m. and living in Colorado Springs didn't want to drive so early. Picked the location close to the airport and one that accepted pets. This was a great location, the staff was very receptive they had a pet behind the counter too, and the rooms were very clean and client, would stay there again!

room and doors set at 45 degrees, curved desk - not the usual utilitarian, with everything pushed against the wall scratches and grafiti in elevator Friendly shuttle bus driver, desk staff. Nice room, not exactly luxurious but a definite cut above the usual 2 star utilitarian box. Nice, spacious bathroom.Great value for short money - strongly recommended.

The room was clean, good location. The doorman was terrible! My sister fell as she was getting out of the shuttle van, and he just stood there, about 3 ft away and watched. Front desk staff was helpful, and the room was clean. Otherwise, not worth the money. They charge for every little thing. On this same trip I stayed at a Hampton Inn, La Quinta, and Doubletree Inn - their service and amenities were far superior, and for much less money. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Great location, clean, big rooms, & great writing desk that both of us could use at the same time. The shuttle from the airport to hotel had such dirty windows, you couldn't see out of it.

Personnel were friendly and efficient, location near the airport was very convenient. Free breakfast selections were limited. The hotel was clean, personnel were friendly and we appreciated the free breakfast even it was a bit light.
