Location. Service. I did find the hotel to be clean and comfortable. I was disappointed in the TV and some of the service personnel. They were not very helpful.

This was a good bargain! There were a few things we noticed weren't very clean, but nothing major. Would definitely stay here again! Good price, nice rooms, close to good places to eat.

I will never stay this hotel again . This hotel smell like fish and spices all over the hall way and inside the room. I could not find desk clerk 15 minutes . no one was to check me in. i never stay in hotel like that. i will never come back here agein.

I read some of the reviews before staying at this hotel, and obviously, so did La Quinta. Whatever knit picky complaints that were in some of the reviews were corrected. The room was SPOTLESS!! The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. It was a worry free stay, highly recommended for the value.

The hotel is close to the freeway. No smoking rooms smell like smoke. This location is easy access from the freeway and shopping. The exterior building and lobby is cleaner than the guest rooms. My wife and I can't stand the smell of smoke but our room definitely smelled of smoke. The hotel said that they offer freeWiFi but the wireless connection was so weak that our laptop wouldn't work.

My husband and I and our two babies stayed overnight at this hotel recently. Our room was clean, and a nice size with plenty of room for our kids' pack and play. The bed was very comfortable and we thought that there was a nice variety for breakfast the next day. We would stay here again.

The floors of the lobby looked like they haven't been vacumed in a month. The room my wife, eight month old daughter, and I stayed in had pills laying all over the floor so you know they don't vacum the rooms either. Plus they had alot of rift raft walking around in the parking lot. I will never stay there again and I don't recomend it to any one else.

Kudos to the staff at the LaQuinta in South Omaha! When we checked in, the clerk was very busy, but he kept the line flowing nicely, taking sufficient time with each of us, visiting courteously, but not taking an unnecessary amount of time. Later, when we needed directions to a restaurant, he pulled out a map and gave us explicit directions and we drove right to it. The next morning, my husband was sleeping in and I didn't want to disturb him, so I asked at the front desk if they had an extra hair dryer I could use in the lobby restroom and the desk clerk was happy to accommodate me. Competent staff are great assets in the motel industry.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was very friendly, room were a little dated but clean and cozy. Very nice continental breakfast. The only down fall no elevator.

Upon entering the lobby, the carpets were dirty and worn, the desk clerk was unkept with wrinkled shirt hanging in a mess, greasy hair. The room was marginally clean, hair on the floor in the bathroom, old faded bedspreads, and the breakfast room floor was so dirty and sticky, your feet stuck to the floor! Certainly not a four or five star hotel!!

Great Price, and in room wireless internet. Dated. The hotel was lived in. Older carpet, and fixtures. But, the staff was kind, and attentive. The rooms were, clean and maintained. I had a requirement for wireless Internet, and it had no difficulties connecting. The price was outstanding.
