We requested a non smoking room. We rejected the first room they offered us because the smoke smell. The second room was mainly smelling perfume covering the smoke smell. We made the mistake to take that one. The next day the perfume was gone and the smoke smell took over. We complain and they sent someone from maintenance to use an ozone machine to eliminate that smell. It worked for a few hours then the smell was back. They told us they didn't have any other available room. Just before we left the clerk told us it used to be a smoking room. Just deciding to change a room from smoking to non smoking without changing the furniture, changing the carpet or cleaning the drapes doesn't remove the smell. I woke up with a headache every morning. Add to this a dirty couch and a partially clogged sink. This was a very bad experience

For an older hotel, it was fairly clean.

My experience began with trying to check in on my 1 hour lunch break from the business class I was taking in Tulsa, I waited 20 minutes in the lobby while the front desk clerk took a call. After checking in, I made note that the Laquinta picture on the Travelocity website is NOT the quality of Laquinta that I was staying in, as it was a MUCH older property, not one of the more modern and "clean" facilities Laquinta is building now. I did layout at the pool which was fine, only because I didn't get IN the pool. It was very dirty and there was literally a frog swimming in it at one point. I had to call 7 times before someone actually picked up the phone at the front desk after dinner to find out where the fitness room was (that is listed as an amenity on Travelocity). She informed me they didn't actually have a fitness room on-site and said I would have to drive at least 6 miles to get to it. I was extremely frustrated with the false advertising, first with the condition of the property and now with amenities listed. The "continental breakfast" they speak of on the website basically consists of a waffle machine, cereal and some bread. A perfect ending to a terrible stay at Laquinta.

The hotel stay wasn't bad at all. The room smelled funny at first, but I couldn't tell if it was cleaning stuff or something spilled. My daughter enjoyed the pool and overall we had a good time. I'd stay there again.

Other then electricity and internet, there was really nothing that great about it. The door locks, location, facilities, neighborhood, and lighting. The exterior doors had trouble shutting, and the locks were older then I am. I am not a fan of hotels where the rooms exit into an outside walkway rather then a hallway, that seems like a major security problem, especially in a neighborhood where there are sirens going off all night long. I will never be staying there again.

After writing my first review, I received a long phone message from the manager of this LaQuinta, apologizing for my stay and that she would send a voucher for a free nights stay at any LaQuinta and that she would remove the very decieving photo on travel webs of the updated LaQuinta instead of what it "actually" looks like. It's almost August and neither of these things have occurred. Not surprising.

My room was never cleaned while I was there (3 nights). I had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels and cups. I told the lady up front that no one had cleaned my room, and all she said was that she was sorry, and I could come down to the lobby for towels and cups.....

This was good for a 1 nite stay. cant see myself staying multiple nites in this hotel. It is right off the highway so it was a lil noisy. But rooms were clean and check in/out was quick and easy.

Our stay was pleasant. We liked our room. The bed was very comfortable, the service was very accommodating,& the people were honest. We left one of our suitcases behind and it was set aside for us - with everything intact. I would recommend it for that alone.

The staff was great and the room was clean. Noisy motel on the highway. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but that cannot make up for its location.

This was definately a good stay for the money. The front staff was very pleasant & helpful, both with checking in & out & during the stay. I was attending a conference during most of the day, but felt very comfortable with my family at the motel while I was in conference. The continental breakfast was also decent, especially with the waffle iron that you could make our own waffles. I would definately stay there again.

Very friendly staff. Even though the hotel was on a very busy highway, I did not hear traffic noise. The driveway was a little hard to find at first.

It was close to the location of the reason I was visiting Tulsa. The staff seemed a bit perturbed. The hotel had good staff, was clean and overall was good for the trip.

Comfortable, clean, good waffles, we had fun. I have no complaint. My grand daughters compete in dance, we have stayed at that location for appreciately 3 years now, it is very dependable, always clean, works perfect for our visits, just 8 mins. from the competition. We always know when we are staying there, its one thing we know will turn out good for us on this trip.

Clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. Not a very convenient entrance. This is a nice place to stay for a night or two. It's comfortable and convenient, and the staff was very friendly.

It was great, easy in and out, clean comfy. Even had a recliner! The front desk lady was super nice even though she was very busy, check in took awhile. Shower could use a stronger output head. Clean, quiet, comfortable, recliner! Would definitely stay there again.
