The clerk was helpful, the breakfast was good, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

Okay 2 star property, but not a 2.5 star. Room was fine, but pool was cloudy.

was nice and clean, friendly staff. The only thing I found that could be improved is the exercise room. The machines are broken and could use a treadmill. Breakfast was good and room was clean and comfortable. Has decent indoor pool.

The La Quinta South, Springfield is located close to the airport and in the midst of great shopping (Bass Pro and much more). A great place for antiquing - several Antique Malls nearby. But, the thing that made our stay so enjoyable was the staff....they are friendly and always willing to help (the Hotel ain't bad either)! We will certainly stay there again on our next visit to Springfield....THANKS TRAVEL WEBSITE...YOU'VE DONE IT AGAIN!

Bed was nice & soft. Vents in hallway werefull of dust clumps. I don't feel that this property quite makes a 2 1/2 star rating. I looks like it has been remodeled, but they didn't quite finish the job. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

we enjoyed our stay. good location, clean and serves a nice breakfast although the fruit wasn't fresh. we didn't use the pool but it was nice - i wouldn't hesitate to let my kids swim there. we will stay there on our next trip to springfield

We asked for a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room, when we went to sort that out the staff seemed inconvenienced blaming the on line booking system. We got a non-smoking room that still had cigarette burns on the bedspread and smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke.

Usually i really enjoy this property. howver, this time, the front dest girls where to busy talking to owrk and not freindly at all. the room smell dingy, I think the bed had been pulled back not happy with general cleanliness of the hotel.

The staff at the hotel was very pleasent and had all the right answers for the questions I asked. The rooms were very clean and everything worked very well. I have nothing but the best to say about the hotel and would recomend it to anyone that is traveling in the area.

I booked thru online travel website and found out that my requested non-smoking room was a smoking room. This was due to a online travel website error. The hotel upgraded my room to ensure I had a non-smoking room. Service was always great and price was very reasonable. Thanks

Clean, comfortable, good location, free breakfast, cable TV, and free WiFi. A little cheap - flimsy closet door; shampoo provided but no conditioner.

My husband and I were going to stay there because it said the rooms had refrigerators and microwaves. When we checked in and arrived in our room we didn't find either amentities so I went to the front desk the motel attendent was not helpful. I was told we would need to change rooms and pay another 25.00. We decided to leave and find a better hotel.

Free breakfast, pool, fridge/microwave and free wifi. There were not enough towels at the pool. This hotel was great for a weekend trip with a toddler. There's an indoor pool and free breakfast with many choices. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. It was a very clean hotel.

The hotel was very quiet, staff very friendly, and the location is good for many reasons. Although parking was adequate, it was directly off a very busy street. The hotel is very good for the business traveler. The complementary breakfast was very good. I will recommend this hotel for others traveling in the Springfield area.
