We enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff and very pet friendly. They need to put some chairs on their balconies though. The rooms have only one chair.

ALL matresses need to be replaced, they were too soft and sagging ( they had a stack out by their dumpster, should have thrown out ours there as well!) also bathtub had no plug, clock radio time display would not work properly just displayed 8888 for the time, and light bulb burned out on desk, and heat lamp in shower room burned out. paid 33% too much cash for the room, motel 6 would have been better.

Everything about the hotel was excellent! Don't have anything to complain about.

I ENJOYED MY STAY AT THE MOTEL. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. THE LOCATION IS TRULY CENTRALLY LOCATED FOR A CHATTANOOGA/VICINITY VISIT. JUST ONE LITTLE PROBLEM...PETS ARE INDEED WELCOME, however...THERE'S ONLY A SMALL ISLAND OF GRASSLAND ON one SIDE OF THE MOTEL GROUNDS TO WALK/EXERCISE YOUR PET. I WOULD STAY AGAIN.

The thing I liked about the hotel was that I took my pet with me and they didn't charge extra like many do. The complimentary breakfast was pretty decent - better on Thurs when weekend travelers started to come in than on Wed. It is a good 10-15 minutes from the Aquarium and other attractions, but we also wanted to see the Lost Sea which is 60 miles north of Chattanooga so it was a good location for us. The staff, rooms, pool and cleanliness were about average for this type of hotel. All in all, I'd say it was good value for the money.

great location right by mall and many restraunts, best price in area. older hotel but well kept and clean. nice quiet outdoor pool. It doesnt have all the extra like hot tub, fitness center.. but for those looking just for clean place to stay its a great value.

Filthy room, took 20 minutes to check out because no one at the desk.

the night clerk was very polite and professional. the room was clean, however i did not like the closet being locaetd in the bathroom (i was assinged to a handicapp room because there was a defect in the orignal singed room). this room was located next to a stairwell. there was too much foot traffic . excellent location to restaurnts and the shopping mall.

We got what we paid for. Our reservation was accurate and the hotel placed us where requested. The room was adequate and semi-clean. People were friendly and the location suited our purpose. Continental breakfast was well-stocked even though it was busy.

The motel was exactly what I needed: in the right place, quiet, and clean. I have no idea how the amenities were, because I didn't use them. The shower was better than many I've had in $200/night Marriotts. The free breakfast was disappointing, because the selection of items was small and there wasn't enough space to handle the crowd. Fortunately, there are at least 10 good restaurants within walking distance at this location. The TV worked fine and the bed was clean and comfortable. The wifi went down for a while, and this was inconvenient because I had a lot of work to do before bedtime, but that can happen anywhere.

Smoking room and pets everywhere. Clean place to sleep, nothing special. Room I stayed in had broken shower knobs.

WE travel with our dogs - it is a great hotel, as they allow pets with no extra charge. The room was clean and have a friendy staff - it is also close to many attractions. Will return.

I was shocked at the quality of the La Quinta. First they messed up our reservation even after I called and confirmed directly with the hotel. We ended up in a smoking room that smelled like mildew. They never got 2 room keys to work at the same time, I kept having to go back to the first desk and they never asked to see an ID to give me a new key. The ceiling in the bathroom had been patched and looked as if it was going to fall in. I found roaches in the shower curtain. The walls are like tissue paper and we could hear everything from all four sides. The breakfast was your typical carb fare. It was so horrible that we got the manager to comp us a night, but then he still wasn't very friendly. There are SEVERAL other hotels within walking distance. I would recommend staying at another establishment.

Hotel staff that I dealt with were friendly. However, the room was dirty. The tub had stains and soap scum. The room was dirty with dust and stains on the curtains and lamp shades. Linens and towels seemed clean and floor also seemed fine. If the cleaning staff did a more thorough job things could be much better. Breakfast was gone before we got up.

I arrived at the hotel at 2 am and was greeted cheerfully by the clerk saying they were expecting me. I was pleasantly surprised by the room - clean and newer. A great deal in a nice, convenient area of town. Quickly accessible to all parts of Chattanooga.

Check in took less than 2 minutes, room was very clean and an excellent value for the money. Employees were definitely helpful and very nice. I would definitely recommend.

Location is everything and the La Quinta property was strategically located near a plethora of eateries and hopping options as well as being a hop, skip and jump away from my son's new university, Southern. Overall, very good value for the price.

Location. The mattress was like sleeping on plywood. Sheets so thin you could see the pad. The hotel was very disappointing. This trip was for my mother and mother-in-law with a goal to have a nice place to stay. You could see outside through spacing on the side and bottom of door. Curtains were not on track and towels were cheap. The hotel decor and appearance was very low in quality. The only thing good I can say is that the location was good for our scheduled activities.

When I arrived in Chattanooga, I went to the hotel and received my room within a timely manner and did not have any issues/concerns with check in/out. Mad my trip very enjoyable.
