We had to wait an hour for the our room and finally we were given another room because they still didn't have it cleaned, we explained we had driven over 6 hrs with 2 dogs and needed our room! The girl at the desk was surly at best and didn't give a fig about our comfort! Then we get the room and it was nasty! We were so tired we didn't have the energy to move so we just made the best of it. We had 1 washcloth no soap, shampoo, no trash bag, not laundry bag, the wireless never did work and thats just the beginning! We love Savannah and did not let this spoil or stay but we will never stay with this La Quinta again! The Lobby was even dirty! I bet the windows had not been cleaned in a year! Breakfast was a joke! The waffle maker was broken, we love coffee but we drank one cup and that was it..it was worse than bad! The employees would not come to refill the juice or milk pitchers! We could get spoons for the yogurt! This could just go on and on! I have learned a valuable lesson!

Very friendly staff and great breakfast! I had to wait for 30minutes to check-in to my room as it was not ready. Room was stinky with cigarette smell. Overall a good stay, but not the best.

Hotel check-in was quick, mostly becuase of the online travel website. Got to the room and found the bathroom had a large amount of poop in it and it had been there for awhile. The room was small; we were constantly asking each other to move out of the way and with limited floor space it got cluttered really quickly. In the morning a staff member was blowing off the sidewalk at 8 am when I was getting up. I even started my car twice because I could hear the car running and I didn't check out til 12, so the noise was constant. On the upside, the cont. breakfast was good and had many chioces, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Would not stay here again, even if it was free. The rooms were small and very dirty. We would have to make several requests in order to get additional towels. When we had an issue with our air conditioner burning, I called the front desk right away and she said they would have someone right up. 30 minutes later, no one had arrived. My kids and I vacated the room and went to the front desk to request assistance in person. It still took another 30 minutes for someone to take a look at the unit. If you plan on going down for breakfast anywhere near the closing time (9:30 a.m.) don't expect much food to be left, and they won't replenish anything.

I would rate this hotel slightly below average although the price was reasonable. Continental breakfast was ok. The major complaint was that the air conditioner only blew in cool air and didn't remove any moisture from the room. As a result, absolutely nothing ever dried in our room such as towels or bathingsuits. Even dry clothes felt damp. Staff was friendly.

Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the interstate. A clean and quiet hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and all facilities worked with no problems. The WiFi signal was excellent as each room had it's own access point.

The room was clean. There was a stain in the tub when we checked in. It was as big as a quarter. I wonder if it was coffee stain. It was washed off during the shower and my husband considered it rust. There was hair on the towel rack. The hallway/stairs was a bit dirty. I liked LaQuinta after trying the one near the air port in Salt Lake City. But this one is not as good. I won't stay in it again. The "High Speed Internet" was horribly slow. I relied on it for work, and I gave up.

This is an excellent hotel for the money. The only negative is its location, approximately 25-30 minutes from downtown Savannah. The room was clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. I recommend this hotel highly.

The closeness to I-95. Not clean! Stayed at this chain before with no issues, this location is nasty! Brown toilet, no toliet paper, mildew, mold! I have stayed at this chain before and never had any issues, this location is nasty! It is filthy. We arrived late and walked into a room with a brown toilet, no toilet paper, mold and mildew. When we went to breakfast in the morning I was asked how our stay was, I let her know that it was unacceptable and she was rude, acted like it was my problem. Like I was bothering her by letting her know the room and hotel was not up to par.

Ater driving for several hours after work, it was late and I was looking forward to crashing. I got to the hotel and there was no one in the lobby for like 10 minutes. I went behind the desk, knocking on doors, making noise and no one came out. Just as I was trying to call the main hotel operator on my cell phone the front desk employee finally came in the front door from who knows where. I got into the hotel room and it smelled quite unpleasant, a mix of odors that have been unsuccessfully covered up with some kind of airfreshener so that you got to enjoy both smells. The bathroom had hair from various body parts on the floor and therewas some nasty bug squished on the wall. The coffee pot still has coffee in it from the last guests and was never cleaned out. Disgusting and dissatisfied. I don't think I will stay here again. Not up to par with LaQuinta standards I have seen elsewhere.

right off I95 and next to a small outlet mall that allows some shopping. Rooms are basic but clean and staff is very nice and friendly. Good value for the money. We have stayed here twice and would return.

Very friendly staff. Answered all my questions. Needs updating. Needs new bedspreads, etc. Very friendly staff. Continental breakfast was empty of items at 9am. Room was very small, but efficient. Again the staff was awesome. I would stay there again.

We drive from New England on our way to Florida twice a year with a dog and child. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and smoke free. Granted it's not the Four Seasons but for $* on average per night we are very pleased.

Staff was very friendly & helpful - got us a shuttle to and from downtown Savannah for the St. Patrick's Day parade. It was 10 per person, each trip. Very affordable, especially considering the holiday. Would probably stay there again.

La Quinta Inn Savannah I95 was a decent place to stay for the money. I liked that fact they had high speed internet that actually was high speed, and the breakfast was very nice. There was a problem with a few bugs, and I was did not like the fact that the laundry facility was one washer and one dryer outside in the hallway. Other than that it was nice for the money.

Excellent location off interstate. Desk clerk were borderline rude, felt like we were bothering them by asking questions. Clean enough to be acceptable, great location, well lit, felt secure, would stay again in spite of desk clerks who need training in customer service!
