We evacuated to Little Rock from Kenner, LA for Hurricane Gustave. We were ready for the hustle and inflated prices incurred when disasters occur. I was very surprised and elated with La Quinta. Everything we asked for was cheerfully provided. The service was terrific and all the people who work for La Quinta were friendly and concerned with our welfare both in Little Rock and at home. We felt that we were with friends that happened to own a hotel. The manager, Chris, was very helpful and friendly, which was unexpected because two of the days we were there we lost power at the Inn. Chris was everywhere so much that I once asked him if he lived at the Inn. It seemed that he was there 24/7. The room wasn't perfect, the lock on the door did not work, but since the chain did, I didn't report the problem as they were having problems themselves and it wasn't a concern for me. I will not hesitate to stay there again when I'm in Little Rock in the future. The six days I was there could have been the evacuation from hell, as we have heard from other people who had to evacuate to other places, but I felt secure and safe in a good Inn. Hurray for La Quinta for having good compassionate workers who do their jobs well and go out of their way to make a bad situation (evacuation) much easier to take and not take advantage of you. Good job La Quinta!

Unfortunately, our travel was for a family funneral. The location worked out well for us with very close resturants, etc. The hotel was failry clean, but could use some undating, e.g., carpet, paint, etc. In booking here I suggest the top floor. We were on the bottom (1st floor) and you could hear every footstep from the room above ours.

The staff were very friendly. The bathroom tiles were busted as was the sink. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tiles and sink were cracked, but the room was clean. Free high speed internet was nice.

The weekend was spent studying music with others. The hotel's location was the best.

Though the staff was overly friendly, the carpet in the upgraded room was NASTY. The hotel looked as though it had been torn apart by vandals. The parking lot was scary to walk into because of all of the thugs in the parking lot hanging out. The security officer was playing games on a laptop instead of securing the perimeter. Some upgrades, cleaning, and a fenced parking lot would make this hotel a better place to stay. I will not stay there again. I had to stay somewhere because my daughter was having a procedure at Children's hospital and was really unsatisfied with the quality of this hotel. Thanks!

we were there for medical reasons and needed a convenient, cheap priced, clean, and comfortable place to stay.

Desk clerk during check in was very helpful and answered many inquiry from us. Did not change the linen or give clean towels after first night. Had to go down to seek out clean towels from laundry, no one to bring them up.

This is a former Baymont turned into a LaQuinta. My room was quite clean, quite comfortable, and quiet. It was somewhat small by LQ standards but for the price was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again, and probably will.

I was very tired and was looking forward to a nice warm bed and a clean room and hopped in the shower to find as I got out there were no towels in the bathroom and there was mold onthe shower curtain. I dried off with a wash cloth and went to sleep. In the morning I spoke to the front desk who said "" I will check it out."" No apology or sense of concern what so ever. I will never stay at this hotel or any other La Quinta again. Unfortunate as I travel almost every weekend from January through July in many many cities.

I was visiting and chose this hotel simply becuase you offered a shuttle for transport. I boarded the shuttle but was taken to the downtown location where I was notified that I was at the wrong location and a shuttle didnt go to the Laquinta location I was registered at. I transported to that location by the shuttle however, I had to ride with the driver to finish his normal route before I could be transported. In addition when I got there I was moderately satisfied with the accomdations. In my opinion the hotel needs to be rennovated. The hotel bed was HORRIBLE (Lumpy to say the least). The bathtub and shower was worn and the evidence was quite obvious. I will say that the desk clerk was very accomodating and advised me to speak with the manager who woul not be in until after my visit. What good that did me. My intentions were not to complain however due to unforseen circumstances I had to cut my trip short and asked for a late check out on Friday, March 27th. I was granted the late check out and was promised that my CC would be credited back for the 2 days that I didnt stay. I rcvd my CC statement and to date the $70.00 per night hasnt been refunded, totaling 140.00 plus tax. So, I would say that my visit was more of a hassle then not.

The room was very spacious. The continental breakfest was lacking of variety and taste. I liked the Inn but the air conditioner was not working correctly and although it read one temperature it was definitely not accurate. The breakfest left a little to be desired, it smelled and was presented nicely but the food was not the great of quality.

Convenient. Was old and dirty (big stain on ottoman). Convenient but very old and dated. I had called to see if it had been updated since La Quinta had bought it.

Good breakfast with a number of choices. The lobby was not really clean, probably because of the evacuees from Rita. Room was very good, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities.

My fiance and I will never be staying at this hotel again. Our room smelled like mildew and the carpets were wet. Also someone pulled the fire alarm at 3:30 am and the security guard was chatting with the front desk guy and not helping customers. They never got the alarm shut off until 4am. This is just to name a few things wrong with our visit!

I have stayed at many La Quinta hotels across the country. This location in Little Rock is convenient for the Baptist Medical Center nearby. The personnel was friendly enough, but somehow we got no maid service for the second night of our stay. I informed the desk about 5:00pm that the room had not been made up, and was told that the maids had gone home for the day. I had been out of the room from 11:30am until 5:00pm, and there was no do not disturb sign on the door. They did give me some fresh towels. Also, when I arrived the lamps by the bed and the clock radio were disconnected. It served the purpose, but I am not sure I would recommend it for comfort.

La Quinta Inn Little Rock at Rodney Parham Road has that great Southern hospitality for which the South is known. The room was a standard hotel room consisting of usual items such as a king bed, easy chair, and office desk. There was ample accommodation for suitcase display and closet space. Every morning I made it downstairs to the complimentary breakfast which consisted of much more than the usual muffin and cup of coffee. The hotel employees were so friendly and greeted me both coming and going as I visited the Little Rock area. If I needed directions or recommendation they supplied superior suggestions for local establishments. I chose this hotel because of its location within the Breckenridge area of Little Rock. It is adjacent to a favorite mall called Breckenridge Village. Within that mall one will find various specialty stores including a favorite of mine, Pinky Punky. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing great accommodations... and it was priced very economically.
