Hotel room felt dirty, floor and SMELL. Beds need to be BETTER - no comfort levels... Price from Orbitz was HIGHER ($77) than several walk-in customers @ $56. Be wary of Orbitz prices!

Location. Very out dated. Hotelwas good for business traveler.I would not recommend it for couples traveling.

THis was a good hotel for our clinic visit. Clean, quiet, Great hot breakfast bar. My only issue was the 'Restraunt" THe food was great... not too expensive, but, lets be real, it was the hotel bar....down to the live band. I was not too comfortable taking my daughter in there, but we were too tired to go in search of anything else.

There are transportation options for those seeking to visit the city or go shopping. The hotel itself is located close to a 24-hour convenience store. The breakfast area is family friendly and included a very nice selection of breakfast items. Overall, it is a good blend of price and amenities.

It was close to airport, good location. They did not have rooms for smokers, and the people staying in the bar were loud. The room was very nice, clean and well maintained. The people that were in the bar downstairs and coming back to the room after closing were very loud. This facility was close to the Mayo clinic and so not sure if that was why I was staying there I would want to be awakened in the middle of the night by the loud drunks coming back from the bar. The parking lot in the back was not well lit, being from out of town and not knowing the area, I found that to be a little scary. But for the money it was very comfortable.

We were very pleased with the desk service and the quality of the room. The room was large with a microwave and refrigerator. Best of all it was quiet and we were able to get a good night's sleep. What more could a person ask for in a motel?

Key card worked. Room smelled faintly of paint. Everyone directed to parking lot closest to elevators, creating need for more marked handicapped spots. Room fairly quiet, fresh and clean with new furniture. Bathroom small with a low ceiling and counter at handicapped height, although not a handicapped room. Would prefer to see paint other than light putty everywhere, maybe something warmer and cheerier. Breakfast items average but plentiful. Didn't try lounge. Elevators slow in morning. New landscaping needed, maybe after remodeling finally completed. Minimal areas to walk dog.

On the positive side, this hotel provides a small refrigerator and microwave in each room. The WiFi system works well in the rooms too. The pool area has a nice kids pool, regular pool, and a large hot -- sometimes no so hot -- tub. For those driving, this hotel is located close to both the Apache Mall and Walmart. For those not driving, there is a regular transportation service for those going to the Mayo Clinic.

Very nice accommodations and excellent continental breakfast. Motel surpassed my expectations. Location provides excellent access to Mayo Clinic. The rooms were spotless!

Needs a facelift and some cleaning. The only good thing was that we were able to have our dog there. It felt dirty and I would not stay there again.

Very clean, It has a restaurant connected to the hotel which a lot of hotels don't have. It was a little difficult to get there if your coming from the other way. The hotel was very nice. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Easy to go to the clinic, shopping and some restaurants. A lot of outside your room noises. Nice, clean, friendly staff. Have stayed here before, and that is why I decided to stay again.
