The staff was very friendly. Overall it was very clean and quiet.

This wasn't the best La Quinta but it wasn't the worst. In need of a complete remodel, not just a coat of paint which the room did smell like. The wiring needs to be updated, when using my blow dryer a fuse was blown in our room, and not even the GFI brought it back on. Bed linens were old and worn, made the room feel old, worn and dirty. La Quinta is usually my first choice when choosing accomodations, but I will definately ask how old the establishment is before booking the room!

Breakfast was very good. Heater was noisy all night and bathroom fan was entirely too loud.

the overall stay at La Quinta was very good, my only complaint would be the television - reception very poor. i know that i have bad eyesight, but when the words on the screen was blurry and very fuzzy even with my glasses i knew i was in trouble.

Friendly and smiling face at the front desk. This hotel was in a great location and had a great staff.

Don't let the nice entrance fool you. Once inside the place smelled of mold and smoke. Stayed in one of the suites and it was a total waste of money. The room smelled, the pillows were flat, there were bugs in the room. The doors to the outside were supposed to lock but were either propped open or the locks didn't work. The pool was not in operation. Unfortunately it was almost the only room open in town. Thankfully only one night was all we nedded. I will never stay there again. It is a shame, other La Quinta hotels have been very nice.

Size, cleanliness and location was perfect. Not too private. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding sites to visit. Very professional and nice.

When we checked in the person at the registration didn't kno what he was doing. He gave us a room that had not been cleaned. rWhen I sent bafck to the desk, the manager was not friendly, argumentative and loud. Even though we supplied our American Express card we never did get phone or pay-per-view movie service.

Accomodated an extra 1/2 day for later check out. Very hard to regulate heater. Your basic clean motel with breakfast included. Wireless internet with table/desk space. I've stayed many times and have always been comfortable. The rooms are very clean and I appreciate the breakfast accomodations onsite.

Clean, easy access to highway and the kids liked the hard boiled eggs they served for breakfast. I would stay there again.

Close to airport and free airport suttle. It was very satisfactory. It was clean and the staff was very courtious. I was glad for the continental breakfast before my flight. The shuttle driver was pleasant and got me to my flight in plenty of time. I will stay again.

"We went to this hotel 6/5/07 based on customer reviews. However, upon seeing room, there was a major roach problem. We promptly left."

Economical & close to airport. Smoky room, noisy because I was by ice machine. Decent continental breakfast but do not get there near the end time all will be gone. Try asking for a non-smoking room, or the smell will be overwhelming.

Located in business area along highway 395. Easy on/off and near enough to Reno core. Area seems safe. Staff was VERY friendly and attentive. Rooms were VERY clean----I will stay here again!

Parking. Staff. Hotel was fine. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

Quiet considering the freeway and the airport. Appropriately priced. Clean. Breakfast was good.

The free breakfast was fantastic! Very run down rooms - bad beds. The common areas of this hotel are nice. But the rooms need serious updating. The beds are really old and so is the wallpaper and bathrooms. There were very few positives to this hotel. One big surprise was the quality of the free breakfast included with the stay. The food was fresh and plentiful and the staff friendly and helpful.
