We like the location of this hotel, since it is relatively close the the medical center, but without the medical center prices. However, the longer we stayed there, the more moist and dank and musty the room got. A problem with ventilation or something. It wasn't particularly clean either. The La Quinta over on the Southwest Freeway (I-59) is newly renovated and a much cleaner, though the rooms are smaller and there's no pool.

Great shuttle service. Microwave didn't work and only one ice machine worked on all 3 floors.

Painted concrete construction with outside entrances allows anyone from anywhere to knock on your door. Groups of people lounging in the parking lot late at night. Outside elevators had graffitti and were filthy. Elevated walkways strewn with trash. An open door, dark inside with shadowy characters barely visible as I walked down the stairs. How gross is a used washcloth hanging in the bathroom. The beds were sagging, with springs pressing on my back. The security latch was broken. Would not have stayed the night had it not been pre-paid via online travel. The staff was friendly and helpful, but could not save this hotel. The breakfast was mediocre with cellophane wrapped rolls, boiled eggs and coffee. The juice machine was broken. Find somewhere else to stay.

Price as right, good location. Mattress was a little hard. Decent lodging with restaurants near by, centrally located for sporting events, baseball, and football.

"Dirty, smelly rooms. Sheets dirty when checking into a room. Carpet dirty. Bathrooms dirty. Noise from other customers, rooms, phones. High-speed internet would not work in room, just in lobby. Manager would not correct or refund."

When we arrived at the hotel, we were met at the door by the front desk clerk who was very rude and inconsiderate telling us they were running on a generator and had very few rooms with power or water. When we got to our room, the bathtub had 6 of dirty water standing in it. When we called the office, we were told there was no maintence people there until morning so we were unable to shower until the next day. The pool and hot tub had 3 of scummy green water. The continental breakfast consists of coffee and honeybuns! There was only 1 working ice machine. There was no snack or drink machines. The elevators didn't work. There was no place within walking distance and the shuttle quit running at 7PM. The only nice person there was the shuttle bus driver. We checked out the next day and moved to another hotel.

"We had a fairly pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was nice, and the room was clean. The location was very close to our destination and to plenty of hotels and other places to have fun. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a centrally located place to stay that is easy to get to."

We stay in the same type of room from last year and enjoyed the location. It's very centerlized for all our different things we planed on. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, I met the lady that toke care of the breakfast bar, she was very in tune to the needs of the guests. I plan on staying there every year we go to Houston for vacation. Loved the room.

The room was clean, the staff friendly. The air conditioning unit would go on and off, waking me. I would stay here again, if the price was right.

"Room stank. Beds made with sheets from previous customer...someone else's dirty socks in our bed. Beer cap on floor. Long black hair all over bathroom floors. Bathtub would not drain properly. Cockroach in room. Dried blood on bedspread. Loud pipes from other rooms. Fighting, yelling & cursing, people beating on doors all night. No security guard on duty...no manager or asst. manager on duty. "

The hotel staff were very pleasant and easy to work with. My concerns were as follows: No regular coffee for the in room machines. No laundry bags in the room. No hot water the first day. The breakfast staff shut down breakfast before the poeple eating breakfast were done. They shut it down 20 minutes early.

"Older motel with badly needed ugrades in the bathroom. Bad smell of mold and mildew. Would not stay an entire vacation here, but, okay for a single night stop on the way to somewhere"

This property was resonable in price but the room was not kept up as it should have been and the neighborhood was not exactly high class. The breakfasts were fine and helpful. The desk staff was very helpful and friendly and the van drivers were excellent.

Adequate accommodations, wifi in room, fax available in lobby free. Abit run down in outside areas. Modest accommodations with helpful staff. Rooms clean and comfortable. Lobby nice. Outside run down a bit. Nice buffet, but closes by 9AM on weekdays. Has all amenities needed, WI FI, Fax. Need to bring your own computer- none available.

Close to reliant. No parking! Very clean budget rooms, parking was minimal on Saturday night. Friendly and helpful staff. Bring your own pillow, mine was hard, bed was comparable to other inexpensive hotels, walls were thin. You could hear everything neighbors said.

Good breakfast, close to the stadium, big bathroom. A little too pricey after taxes. Overall it is what we needed- close to the stadium, and more affordable than the other hotels in the area. Refrigerator and microwave was convenient too.
