The Air Conditioning was weak, the room was very hot in the afternnon and evening. A clipboard was left in the room by the cleaning crew, and one day the room was not cleaned at all. The pool was too small for anyone but young children. Not up to what I would expect from La Quinta.

The location. Floors in bathroom not swept, no mattress pad on mattress. I paid way too much for this room!

For the price this clean no frills hotel suited our needs during this trip. We just needed a place to shower and sleep. We have stayed in several La Quinta Inns before because we appreciate the breakfast, however they stopped serving too early(9:00). Also the selection was limited in comparison to other La Quinta Inns that we have stayed in. All in all it was a pleasant stay and we would stay there again.

I chose this hotel because of its location in relation to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. It's very close by; was at the venue in a matter of minutes, and didn't have to worry much about the traffic. This hotel is conveniently located next to a 24-hr Denny's so if we wanted breakfast, a late dinner after after the concert, or some dessert, we just had to walk across the parking lot. Overall, good deal for the price.

Clean rooms. Outside was run down and needed repairs. Rooms were clean but first room was obviously a smoking room but second room was better. The outside needed repairs.

this is my 2nd time to stay here because I had 3 Drs appointments within 2 miles so it was convenient. The continential breakfast and the pool were the BEST thing..they are re-modeling most of the rooms so there weren't alot of people staying there.. there was hair on the walls in my shower.. NOT MINE.. Blankets were SOILED and torn, so that's my review ..

This was a plain old room. The TV did not work well, the picture faded in and out. The wireless internet was not easy to access. Not worth the money. The free breakfast was OK. The pillows were really bad.

Location. Outside doors. Conveniently located and easy to get to no matter what side of the freeway you were coming from.

This hotel was not very clean, (hair on bathroom floor - not ours), towels weren't restocked, and when calls to the front desk were made, they were met with little or no assistance.

Forgot to request downstairs room when reserving but the receptionist was able to move us to one easily.

Convenient to my social engagements. Hotel seemed old - very meager extras.

This La Quinta Inn was the worse I've ever experienced! The night we checked into our room, the bath tub had visible dirt stain, the toilet had urine dropping on the set and underneath the rim. The bed sheets weren't fresh and wrinkled. We were moved to another room and the next day they forgot to clean our room. Very Bad!

The room had a very strong mildew smell to it

Location was fantastic! The kids loved the TX waffles. Bathroom had a moldy smell. The room was very nice. The carpet and bathroom area floors were in very good shape. The desk and comfortable desk chair came in handy. Although we did not use it on this trip, having adjoining rooms is definitely a bonus. It's something our family greatly appreciates finding.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The check in process was easy, but the staff seemed annoyed. One staff member was very polite and helpful, but the other one was rude when we asked for help getting directions to a location we wanted to visit. Overall it was a nice stay.

Very clean bathroom with updated decor -loved the yellow shower curtain. Swimming pool looked dirty with things floating in it & cloudy water. For the price I paid, it was worth the money.

Staff was very friendly upon arrival and changed our room . Called to request non smoking room when made reservation. Not the case when we went to our room. Not the nicest La Quinta that I have stayed in. The bed was very uncomfortable. Coffee offered in the room was substandard. The room was quiet considering proximity to I 45. When we arrived, the room was definitely a non smoking room(even though I was assured that it would be a non smoking room after I called the hotel once my bid was accepted). The staff was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience of moving to another room.

Room was not serviced from prior night stay. Unacceptable housekeeping service as room was not cleaned from prior night stay.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was less than expected. Very comfy beds, breakfast was a disappointment, but it came with the room. The pool locked nice, but was closed by the time we got there.
