We always stay at this La Quinta Inn when we have to go to Phoenix. My son loves their pool (even have a kiddie pool) Staff is always friendly and fun, rooms are beyond clean, comfy beds, and never any loud or bad activity. Good location right up the street on Bell theirs plenty of places to shop.

The lobby area decor and the complementary breakfast. The poor sound insulation in the room. The hotel is perfect for me because of the location is very convenient. The staff at the hotel was courteous and efficient. However, I was put in a room that was right next to a family with young children. Because of the poor sound insulation, I could hear clearly every movement and conversation of the family which continued till almost near midnight!

My husband and I went to Pheonix for my sons graduation. We fond the location of the motel very convenient. Lots of resturants nearby. Pool area was nice and well maintained. Staff was friendly

We had actually stayed here before and did not realize it until we arrived. It was clean and quiet. I would stay here again. The price was very good. We were in town visiting friends so we did not use any of the facilities on site but from what we say the looked clean and maintained. The cabana bar place was closed. I am guessing because it was off season. There are restaurants and entertainment nearby.

The hotel lobby, breakfast area, rooms were all well maintained and clean. Would liked to have seen fresh fruit offered in the continental breakfast assortment. Great place at a great price for my mother and I to stay while visiting family in the Phoenix area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was easy to find, right off I-17 on Greenway. It's an older hotel, but looked as though it had been remodeled. The landscaping was immaculate, as was the pool and lobby area. Parking was convenient. Beds were comfortable, and the wireless internet made checking email a breeze. A great place to stay whether you're passing through, or are in town for a few nights. The only complaint: it seemed like people were coming and going at all hours of the night, some being quite noisy as they walked past my room. But not bad enough to call down to the office.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located off the freeway. There were plenty of restaurants close by. Staff was friendly and helpful.

La Quinta hotels are pet friendly. So if you are traveling with a pet, they are the place to stay. Overall, the room was clean and quiet but not very updated. When I travel with my pets I will stay with them again. The front desk staff was very helpful in giving me directions to some excellent shopping in Phoenix.

The staff was helpful, the hotel was close to where I needed to go. They need to add more variety to what is offered for breakfast. The hotel met my needs for this visit to the Phoenix area. One thing that I would recommend would be to discuss with the powers that be the truckers that park on the street by the hotel. The last night of our stay there was a refrigerated truck that caused the room to be quite noisy most of the night.

This hotel was just about right for the money. We werent't expecting anything fancy but nothing cheap either. It was a little confusing finding our room but we didn't pay a lot of attention to directions so it may have been our fault. I do wish the breakfast had a little more to choose from but it was OK.

We were arriving late and were a bit skeptical, not knowing that part of Phx. The neighborhood seemed fine. The staff was very nice. The vanity area in the room was long and accomodated my wife, my daughter and myself for morning preparations. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave. We would stay there again.

Clean, nice place and easy to get to! The Complimentary Continental breakfast has a lot to be desired. Poor selection of food.

The hotel was nice and the location was great and easy to get too. The room has plenty of space and the bathroom was huge. I have stayed here on several occasions when traveling to phoenix.

Hospitality and professionalism of staff. Allowed pets and pet owners did not adhere to hotel rules for cleaning up behind pets, even though adequate waste disposal receptacles were available. Comfortable and affordable. Convenient to neighborhood stores. Reasonable breakfast served.

Price. Noise. 4 feets outside my room door and window is a ice machine, you can imagine the noise and my sleep quality. I was continuously waked up at night and early morning by noise of people loading ice and chatting around ice machine. If a hotel put a ice machine right outside guest room window, I believe they do not care about their guest's sleep quality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
