The hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but all in all it was a nice place to stay and a good value.

Front desk was very friendly. Isolation between rooms was not as good most hotels provide.

We arrived at our hotel, only to be put in a room farthest away from the lobby (although there were other rooms available). The room had no carpet, and was very cold when we entered. There were no bedspreads...rather "strips" of bedspreads at the end of the beds. It took a long time to heat up the room to an acceptable level. The WORST part was that we had NO hot water for showers the next morning. When we called the front desk about this...we were told "we thought that had been fixed". They did offer to let us go to another room to use a working shower, however we did not have the time to take all our belongings to another room to do this before we had to be on the road. The most the front desk said was "sorry"...however, we felt we deserved much more for the inconvenience. Especially...since the hotel knew there was a problem before they ever put us in that room. We left cold, disappointed and without three of us being able to shower.

The staffs goal is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. The location is EXCELLENT with a close proximity to major attractions.

Good breakfast area. Linoleum flooring, dirty, cold. Asked for king no smoking, which I got but it was a handicap room which means hand held shower, no tub.

Their breakfast was great-very friendly staff-can't wait to go back!

Wood floors. Dirty sheets & the smell was nasty! It was in a great location, however I am not too sure they cleaned the room.

Staff very friendly. Room clean. Breakfast selection was pretty good. Id stay here again

Hard wood floors. Breakfeast had no protein items. Only carbs.

We were not impressed by this hotel. The room was not very pleasing to the eye, it was all blue-carpet, comforter, pictures. The breakfast was cheap-cereal in little boxes, tiny muffins, plastic, cheap utensils, paper bowls and plates, and if you wanted waffles you had to make them yourself! I will say the staff was very nice, but we won't go back.

Staff was much friendlier than the Radisson Hotel we stayed at. Also, no outside doors from our room. Seemed a little dirty. It served our purposes well. We only needed a bed to stay in and shower. We were out and gone from the hotel seeing shows most of the time.

The location. We had to ask for wash cloths both nights we were there.

Pet friendly, the Jacuzzi, and the breakfast. No cots available for the children. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. I believe that La Quinta Inn exceeded our expectations. La Quinta was instrumental in helping us fulfill our mission in Branson.

Not much. We were treated poorly, we had to walk out into the cold to get to the pool, linoleum floors? Just not pleased at all Starbucks on site-nope had to walk next door-Pool accessible-nope-had to go out in the winter weather to get there Linoleum floors? freezing in the winter and just weird Ice machine-by the pool-had to walk forever to get to it Vending machines?

BREAKFAST is awesome. Wood and tile floors in the rooms! Loved it. The walls are a little thin. I could hear the guy praying in the room next to me. This is a wonderful, family friendly hotel. I was there on business and it was very comfortable. WiFi, a workout room, a very nice pool and common area, huge breakfast buffet.

Hardwood floors and nice furniture clean. Bathtub had a couple chips and was small. This hotel was very nice. It was a nice room, the main downsize as stated above was that the bathroom was just really small, had to stand back out of the way to open the door.

Called 20 minutes after we arrived to see if our room was acceptable. Pleasant, helpful staff. Good hospitality breakfast. Easily accessible to the Branson attractions.

Close to attractions, and very affordable. Only problem I seem to have is the door would blow open at times. Had to keep it locked when we were in room. Other then that had no problems. Very nice place to stay, also very clean I was really impressed. The price was within my budget also. Would stay there again when in the area.

Coffee pot, blow dryer, and iron in room. There was one hair found on sheets-we were a little concerned. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was beautiful with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Loved having Starbucks, a shopping mall, and shows next door.

Not much. No towels on second night. Beds poorly made. I would stay here again only if this was the last room in town.
