New, clean, andvey well appointed. Nothing was bad. Good location, just outside the city, close to attractions, good parking. Rooms were large, but a little high cost. When I did the search all the hotels in that area were high.

Our family stayed at La Quinta and we liked it. The rooms were clean and were a good size. The price was not too high for the amenities. The pool area was pleasant and there is a small playground and grassy area nearby for the kids to play. Good hotel, fair price.

I would definately stay at this hotel again when in the Moab area! I marked no opinion on a couple of areas because I did not use this part of the facility! The LaQuinta is close to Arches National Park and Dead Horse Point Park which are the two parks my husband went to. The whole area is absolutely beautiful. The hotel was an excellent deal, the room was probably one of the cleanest I have seen, the staff greeted us when we arrived and all during all stay. No complaints what so ever!!!

It was very clean, staff was nice andfree continental breakfast was awesome. Nothing in particular, pool/spa wasn't clean, but it was because of the high gust winds.

The room was nice and big for us and all of our bags. It was a little bit outside of the downtown area, however, so that walking to the restaurants would have been quite a haul. It was a clean, quiet hotel though and provided the services that I expected.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable - my new wife and I left with back aches. We were disappointed. Were not enjoyable due to a very uncomfortable bed.

We checked in after a long drive and were surprised to find a clean and a roomy room for my family. We originally reserved for one night but we quickly asked to stay one more night after seeing the room. The staff was quick to accommodate and we got the same room for both nights. The furniture was in a great shape, carpet looked clean, beds looked clean. The pool was not huge but was adequate for my kids. The breakfast was very good for the money, much better than other hotels for the same money. Close to the Arches National Park. Overall we were very pleased. We will definitely stay here again.

It was cleaner and newer than the other hotels in the area. Bathroom did not have a sink, could have been a little cleaner. Good place to stay. Close to everything to do in Moab. Better than I could asses the other hotels to be.

this is a neat, clean motel that is located away from the busy parts of moab

The convenience of the hotel around restaurants and stores. Nothing. The hotel was easy to find, it had easy access to stores, restaurants, gas stations and so on. It was clean, safe and I would definitely stay here again.

Was only in the room long enough to sleep, but it was clean and comfortable.

The overall appearance, cleanliness and staff. Not having a king size bed, they gave us two queens. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the way they provided breakfast, I would stay there again.

Nice big rooms and great continental breakfast. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Nice large rooms with couch which made it nice and comfortable to hang out with my daughter and her boyfriend. Clean with nice big window for daylight. The continental breakfast was exceptional because you could make your own homemade waffles. Great hotel for my needs and great location.

"clean rooms-nice features with internet access, hairdryer, coffeemaker, refrigerator, Breakfast was good but need regular OJ and some bagels or other pastry - not just toast."

The cleanliness of the room. Nothing I can think of. Friendly staff; clean rooms; great continental breakfast.

We could hear every footstep overhead starting at 6 am. We liked the double vanity in the room so getting ready in the morning was convenient. We were among a group of 60 on a bus tour and the staff handled everything well. Breakfast was great with different juice choices.

Location. Way too many dogs. Dogs were all over hotel and were not segregated. Did not have reservation for two rooms, but found it later. Had to move rooms due to dogs. Dogs were out in parking lot barking as well.

"Clean. Seriously in need of new room carpet. Exercise room OK -- did have adequate A/C but a large fan is also needed. Breakfast needs plain OJ, small bagels, and bananas for cereal. Boiled eggs nice. Dawn at front desk for both evenings was GREAT! Housekeeper (1) both days was very nice. "

Great staff, plenty of parking. Ceilings were so thin that we heard everything from the floor above us. Outside pool was not very clean. Great free breakfast with make your own waffles! Attendants were very hard working.

"The rooms were nice, hotel staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with the waffles. This was a great place to stay and we will be coming back."
