The room itself was very standard, but everything was very, very clean and well maintained. The bed was great and the room was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. A very nice continental breakfast is included; and all of this at a very attractive rate. We will definitely stay at the La Quinta in Brookfield whenever we visit the Milwaukee area in the future.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking just for a clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay. The main attraction they allow pets! It's in a very safe neighborhood within walking distance of anything you may need while you're there. Very good experience for us!

Spent 10 nights here when coming back to WI for visit. Nice room, 1 king bed, sink and mirror in room, with small bath and shower in bath area. Breakfast is served 6 to 9 weekdays and until 10 weekends and consists of make to your self waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, coffee and juice. HS internet is free and works well. Room is clean, crown molding, new carpet and paint. Could do a better job shoveling walks during and after snow. No pets this trip but was told pets OK and no extra fees.

I chose this hotel after reading many reviews about it and I have to agree with most of them. The breakfast is a little above a continental, with make-it-yourself Belgian waffles. The staff was very friendly and on top of keeping the breakfast items stocked. The room was very clean and of pretty good size, with a very comfortable bed. The only suggestion I would make is to ask for a third floor room, as we stayed on the second and could hear every step that the people above us took.

The way the sheets were tucked into the bed, so tightly. The waffle mix was not ready by 7 a.m.

It must have recently changed hands - signs for ""Baymont Inn"" were covered up with cardboard signs. Hard to find the place at night even though it is on a very busy street. We opt'ed for 2 cheap rooms instead of one pricey room somewhere else - prob should have squeezed into the one nicer room. Bottom line is you get what you pay for. This place was just barely OK

I wasn't sure exactly where this hotel was in relation to where I was going to be that night, but I am glad that I chose them. The checkin was so easy because I had already paid through Orbitz and the checkout was good as well. Nice and comfortable

It was close to many restaurants in town. There needs to be a pool! It was overall very nice. I enjoyed my stay. My only suggestion would be to place a pool either in the hotel or near by.

A good place to just stay at. In a remodeling phase. Improvements will be good. Friendly staff and comforable room for the price.

Close to mall and dining. Clean rooms, quiet. Nothing stuck out either way, it was just an average, comfortable hotel.

Breakfast was more than just package muffins. Beds were very hard, springs felt through mattress. Decent place for the price though beds were hard and housekeeping never came in the room (nor did they try to contact us to see if we needed anything) over my 3 night stay.

We were happily surprised with this hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were adequate sized, clean, fresh, and quite. Breakfast was standard with waffles. Hotel was in ownership transition and no identifying signs were visible as we approached to find it. All in all: a nice place to stay.

Convenient to shopping, restaurants, highway access and attractions. No pool. No shampoo in room. Overall, it was nice, clean, good sized room.

We typically spend at least one night a year in the Milwaukee area, usually to see my favorite baseball team, the Cardinals, play the Brewers. Have stayed at the Exel Inn? on Mayfair, which is now a Super 8, the Sheraton in Brookfield, a Quality Inn? across Bluemound road from this property, and a horrible property on Bluemound just west of Mayfair which now may be the Forty Winks? This facility has been redecorated and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It is easy to navigate around the Milwaukee suburbs for meals, or shopping or movies. This was one of our best stays in the Milwaukee area. Clean, quiet, comfortable room close enough to downtown where we took in the Titanic exhibit at the Milwaukee Public Museum. I'd definately stay here again for a return trip.

The location. The hotel was fine and the location was excellent for our needs, however not being able to receive a non smoking room caused problems and we had to find someplace after 11:00 pm where we could buy medicine in order to even stay in the room. It wasn't really bad smoke and probably wouldn't be a problem for many, but being allergic to cigarette smoke, it was a problem for us.

The La Quinta Inn was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very nice to have the sink separate from the bathroom, that way two of us could get ready at the same time. The room also had a lot of sitting space. The whole hotel seemed to be in very good upkeep, and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was wonderful, and it was nice to have restaurants close by.

Peaceful. It was out of where I needed to be needed something closer. I think that the hotel was peaceful and clean.

The LaQuinta in Brookfield is an ok hotel. I liked the asthetics of the room and the free breakfast was very good. I felt it was a little pricey though for not having a pool or too many other amenities. Good for a business traveler over night, not so family friendly.

Had everything it said it had and it worked. 1 single small elevator for everyone. Perfect for the long or short term traveler.
