The hotel was nice and the price was good. The room was clean, although we did get some leftovers from the people before us, like their shampoo. Weird, but didn't really bother me. Hotel was quite and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also nice with waffles, yogurt, bagels, muffins, coffee and oj. There are a bunch of restaurants right up the road and it is not far from downtown Milwaukee. Staff was also friendly, and check in took literally 3 min.

Smoking and non-smoking rooms upon requst hallways were dirty and cluttered We checked in and went to our room only to find another person already in it! Thank goodness she was only talking on the phone.

If you don't realize that there are two LaQuinta Inns a block or two away from each other you may make the same mistake I did and be forced to stay where you don't wish to. I actually wanted to stay at the LaQuinta at 5423 N. Port Washington Road Glendale , WI ; however, I didn't read the address correctly when making the travel reservations and stayed the first night at 5110 N. Port Washington Rd. in Glendale. My kids had their hearts set on swimming in the heated pool as it is the dead of winter Dec. 17th so I had to fork up another ***+ dollars to move to the correct LaQuinta at 5423 N. Port Washington road, Glendale. I also wanted to stay there because the facilty is much nicer and the rooms are suites.

When entering the hotel lobby, the first thing you notice is the big stain in the front carpet and a tear in the ceiling right above the reservation counter. The room was clean but I did not recieve a visit from housekeeping the next day. If we paid over 100 I would really be disappointed.

My stay was very nice the hotels price was better than Obitz but the hotel was great. We would stay there again. All the rooms were just redone and the staff was very personal.

Friendly and helpful reception staff at check-in and when sink repair needed. Very poor housekeeping.

My husband and I were looking for a safe neighborhood because we were hauling a motorcycle that we picked up in Milwaukee. The location was great! The neighborhood was a mix of industrial and residential and appeared very safe. The location was convenient to downtown Milwaukee and other places of interest. (Sprecher Brewery is right down the road and they have a fun tour.) The rooms were very clean and well kept. This hotel is a great value.

I showed up for a business trip, travel dept booked my room, and they put me in a unlceaned room, then someone else's room, and then a room where the window was wide open, tv on and bathroom light on on the first floor in a not so safe neighbor hood. the stay there was okay, nothing good or bad, hotel was very dirty. when i left i accidnetally left my watch on the dresser, called to have it sent to me, they did not return calls, and a week later after finally reaching a person, they said they would call me back and never did. i complained online and they never did call me back so i am out a 200 dollar watch and i am sure one fo the staff got an early christmas present. this is a low class place with incompetent and untrustworthy staff. do not stay here!!!!

The LaQuinta Inn Glendale is perfect or the basic stay. Wireless internet is available and the breakfast in the morning is perfect. When we walked into the room it has a nice fresh citrus scent. The workers at the counter were very friendly. Even when the breakfast was closed, I was able to get some cream for my coffee that I made in the room. There are different types of eating choices for every budget, near the hotel.

My wife and infant son and I stayed here for several days as we are house hunting in Milwaukee. Great location, quiet and safe location. Excellent free breakfasts and also free high speed wireless internet. The suite we had was big and clean and the staff was very helpful. We will stay here again when we visit again.

For just being remodeled, I had 2 areas in the wallpaper that were plastered and there was no top on the air conditioning/heater unit with lots of dust visible inside the unit.

Clean rooms, soft beds andconveniently located. Great place to stay for the business traveler.

While the location was great, the staff helpful, and the room clean, the overall condition of this hotel was poor at best. Furniture was nicked and stained, carpets worn and stained, doors were chipped and worn. And, we paid a high price for what was to be a one bedroom suite that turned out to be one large room with a sofabed. VERY overpriced!

our room was a total disaster when we got there

Near Interstate 43. Noise from the room next door. Another hotel by the same name was a mile down the street, causing confusion at first. The other hotel was much nicer in appearance then the one we stayed in. Room was newly decorated and very nice. Great mattresses. Noise from the room next door at midnight was ridiculous,TV and children were loud.

Everything was clean and neat.

I was disappointed for the following reasons: - no restaurant - no airport shuttle - check-in person was indifferent, not friendly or welcoming.

Good price and convenient location. I also liked thatsuite room was with a separate bedroom. Alittle dated and limited parking.
