Date of Stay:
June, 2009
The motel did the job they were supposed to do. Nothing more nothing less.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
Free Wi-Fi. Bottom floor smelled like pot. When I first entered the building, I noticed it smelled like smoke. As I got further in, it smelled more and more like pot. The room was clean enough, although it was a smoking room. The internet worked in my room the night I checked in, but it was out in the morning. Luckily, I could still connect from my car in the parking lot. Breakfast was fair - waffles, hard-boiled eggs, bagels, cereal.
Date of Stay:
September, 2007
The smell of the room was terrible, There were ants in the bathroom. Nightstand was not dusted. Carpet not clean, stained and wrinkled.

i went shop and i went down to my brother house

Easy to access. We stayed at the hotel for one night on business and the facility met our needs.
Date of Stay:
September, 2007
Housekeeping refused to service my room. They never cleaned my room once during the entire stay. When I asked the front desk clerk about this, there was a verbal confrontation which led to him hanging up in my face and not taking anymore calls from me. I had to wash out the bathtub myself during my stay.
Date of Stay:
November, 2008
with the exception of the half working desk chair it was a good stay.

It was very nice and the rooms were great as well. Iloved it. It was a great place to stay. We enjoyed our self and we will visit you all again.

There where many things that could improve 1st and foremost customer care, they need more employee working the front desk you waited 15-20 min at least at the desk you would call you would get placed on hold and they would forget that you were there.

For the price we were satisfied. They ran out of some fbreakfast food by 7:30 and the oj machine was broken. The room was fine. We would stay there again if needed. There is not much else in the area.
Date of Stay:
January, 2009
Friendly staff and convenient location with a reasonable cost! I do not like carpet and the carpet appeared worn and old. It you are looking for a place to lay your head that is close to chain eateries, a mall, stores, and a major highway than this is the place. While it does leave some ascetic details in the wind, it certainly made up for it with friendly staff and a decent breakfast layout.

This hotel was what I expected in regards to size, layout, tv, phone, storage, etc. Their breakfast selection was way more than I expected. I came down late too and they were willing to make me something. Nice staff, friendly. Overall a very good experience."

The LaQuinta Inn had stained carpeting and a strong smell of cigarettes even though it was a non - smoking room. The room was fairly clean but looked old and dusty. The first night we didn't have any cups for water or coffee.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
Customer service. The carpet had ruffles in it. Not bad, two and a half star hotel. The staff was polite and courteous. The king size bed was really comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and the minute I walked in was greeted by the friendly guest services. I was only planning on staying 1 night but end up staying 3 b/c the service and quality was soo great!!!
Date of Stay:
September, 2007
The hotel is very conveniently located. There are lots of eating choices in the erea, and the room rates are fair.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
The continental breakfast was well above average. The ambiance is outdated and slightly dirty. Fine hotel for the common sense traveler. This is a very few frills property that is practical without any asthetic perks. Recommended for budget minded people.
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
Good friendly staff, good location and good breakfast. Ice machine stayed empty on third floor. I would stay at this hotel again.
Date of Stay:
September, 2008
The priceand the room was adequate for the price. The TV selection did not work, which is not a major problem. The toilet required several flushes. This was my second stay within 3 months. The quality is what was expected. I would recommend to someone on tight budget looking for an overnight stay. More than overnight I would upgrade in the future, paying more for a more comfortable stay.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
Clean, most things worked, bills were ready, staff computer literate. Breakfast waffle machine without Pam Spray. No pool. Easy to see from Interstate but hard to figure out how to get to on the local streets in very heavy traffic. Clean with limited facilities. No ice on main level, limited luggage roller totes (saw only one and I watched. My wife with the heart murmur had to carry luggage to room (staff did not offer help) handicap parking convenient but limited.
