Close to highway & airport and about 30 minutes from downtown. Hotel was clean and relatively quiet (being right off the freeway). There was nice size desk in the room and good, strong WiFi signal. Really great for the price. There's lots of "big box" dining options a short drive away on the service road (Chili's Chipotle, Outback, etc) and even more if you explore some of the East/West roads.

Comfortable bed, clean room, helpful staff. Crowded parking. We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable and fulfilled our needs for a safe pleasurable trip.

we enjoyed this place, much better than the Sun Suites we stayed at Thanksgiving (horrible experience)....we stayed here in December 2008. The office staff is very friendly and always very helpful. We were quoted one price on the internet but ended up paying another price which they refused to give us. My cousin came for one night (we staying there for 3 nights total) and their room had refrigerator and microwave for $3.00 cheaper. Was told that it was due to when my cousin made their reservation (which was the day they came). The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast but had a hard time making it in time for the 9am cutoff. Our heater was annoying all night, turning on and off all night, kept me up....but we needed heat....borrowed a fan from my family to drown out the outside noises. We hope to stay there again the next we travel to Lewisville to visit family. The room was a very nice size and clean. We enjoyed our visit.

The hotel was not clean. There were many places to eat near there but this did not compensate for the lack of cleanliness. I woke up to an ant crawling on me in the bed and later saw a roach crawling in the bathroom.

They changed the room at our request because the rooms on the back side of the hotel didn't appear safe at night.

Clean and great. Clean hotel and all things in room worked well and many restaurants were close by.

i was told there was a microwave and minifridge in the room, but there were none. Also the carpet was unclean. There was sticky feeling on your feet after walking on it for a while. The air conditioning also leaked.

This hotel is in need of updating and repair - dirty, chipped paint everywhere, drain in bathroom had problems. My family and I felt unsafe with the types of guests that were loitering around.

Stopped overnight at Dallas for a flight in the early morning. The staff who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. However, if you wanna rely on a cab ride from here, do not ask the front desk for making a reservation for you. I guess they wanted to do a friend a favor by getting them our fare. I wouldn't mind that but the car was filthy, ragged and full of trash and cigarette smoke. If the staff would have at least told us they cannot arrange a decent cab I would have done it myself. I almost missed my flight that day because the staff was not accountable.

Located on busy highway; small; smelled of old smoke even though a non-smoking room. Very hard to stay the evening there because I had to spend several hours with a sick daughter who I had picked up from college that day. Very small. Too much money for the accommodations. Should have been rated a 1 star at most.

Roomy, Clean, Nice Bathroom, xtra makeup vanity, doors to the outside on this Hotel. Pillows are large, bring your own if you like small.

Non-smoking room apparently smoked in. Staff very quickly and courteously changed our room located in the back of the motel. Very clean and quiet. Large room and easy access parking. Great room for the price.

Comfortable bed, free internet. I got scabies from the blanket on our bed. This is an old hotel that has been renovated. I got scabies from the blankets on the bed and the shower head was so low I had to bend over to wash my face. Bathroom had no heating duct and was cold in the morning. Scant continental breakfast.

The location is near several restaurants and the Mall. The property is large and well maintained except for the room air conditioners; they were noisy and only worked on high. we did get a reduction in our price when we told them about ours. thought not the best we have seen, it is fine for one night.

The hotel was very nice, well worth the price

The king-size bed was extremely comfortable. The room overlooked a strip shopping mall and there was a night club in the mall; we could hear the music very clearly in our room. Hotel was convenient to major restaurants and had easy access on and off of I-35.There is a strip shopping mall the rooms to the east overlook and this mall has a nightclub and you will hear the music in your room.

The hotel was decent for a 3 star. I am used to staying in 4-5 star hotels so this took a little getting used to. The covers on the bed were a little thin and small for 2 people to sleep comfortably. BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD! The pool was nice and the hotel staff were courteous. I would stay again but I would bring my own covers and a couple extra pillows.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Tabitha was especially nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and very convenient. Hotel is a little older but overall a good deal.

It looked like it had been painted recently and was very clean. The maids don't speak English. The clerk was very friendly and the pool was cleaned daily. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a dresser and closet for plenty of room for unpacking so you don't have to live out of your suitcase.

There was nothing that stands out about this hotel stay
