The staff was friendly and helpful and there were security guards on the premise. The bathroom was dirty and needed to be updated.

The motel was centrally located and easy to get to. The check in was simple and easy to accomplish. The personnel at the check in desk were very courteous. The room was excellent, clean and in new condition. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to others who want to stay in Laredo.

i have stayed at la quinta in other places: monterrey and cd juarez and mercedes tx, but this branch at laredo tx is really the worst i have found in this city.the room is the smallest where i have ever been...the bathroom is so small...!!!the bed, the front desk said it was a queen size, but it is really a full size.the door is locked by an old perfored plastic card, an you have to push very hard the door, to close it...it is something really very basic for a rate of 90 dlls.for a rate like this, please choose one of the marriots that are very near...

It was close to the downtown area. The rooms are so small and the shower was so high, you had to hold on to something to get out.

We just spent two nights at this La Quinta and loved it. Our request for first floor was granted because of my elderly mother-in-law. We were right in front of the pool - beautiful area. And the staff was so nice and quck to help with everything. We felt safe at all time and it was just a wonderful weekend for us. The shopping in the area was wonderful...so we are already planning a return trip - and will definitely stay at this La Quinta again! This hotel is not brand new - so don't expect it to be. But it's clean and the staff is great. If you want a new place - go pay double or triple somewhere else...but for the normal - budget concious traveler - this hotel is Highly recommended.

This hotel was ok the bathroom was kind of dirty. The free breakfast was better then some others I have had. It has a cool maxican shop right next door. However the other La Quinta in town was MUCH nicer & seem like it was in a much safer part of town.

Nothing. Staff was not helpful at all. Staff was not knowledgeable, upon check-in.

We really wanted to stay at another place, but they didn't have rooms. long story short, we found a room here. I love the fact that they had a pool, and they had breakfast in the morrning starting at 6 to about 10. Great place to bring family. Just be sure to book BEFORE the trip.

It was everything we hoped for. I would stay here again. Very secure, including the parking lot. It was the perfect place to spend the night before we crossed over the border into Mexico to continue our journey to Cozumel. The staff was great andvery helpful.

Great stay. We are sold now on La Quinta's. Great breakfast. Love the waffles. Our room overlooked the pool which was nice. Close to border for shopping and to restaurants. AAA+++

The staff was extremely cordial and helpful. I liked everything! This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we were extremely satisfied with the handicapped accommodations in the room. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others, as the entire staff is very helpful and professional. Very convenient.

The price was the best for a hotel like that. Difficult to find parking. The hotel was great for the price. The only thing that I didn't like is that I had difficulties in getting a space there. There were some trucks that occupied two spaces. Besides that I would recommend this hotel for the price.

Very conveniently located. Great continental breakfast. The bath tub was too high. Hard to get into when you are elderly or overweight. I really liked the hotel. However, the bath tub was too high. My mother and I had a difficult time getting in and out of it. Other than that, I would stay there again and request handicapped bath tub.

Location. Lack of cleanliness. Poor or no reception for the WiFi. Run down rooms and dirty lobby. Staff was not friendly. Location is fine, but there are better alternatives in the zone.

Location was very convenient to everything. Hotel front office staff had to be convinced that they could make a change in the room from a double to a single. Excellent stay at this location. Would like to do it again. Plenty of towels, and all the amenities that I needed. Only problem was in signing in when I arrived. Simple ignorance on his part. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice and accommodation.

it was a very dirty room I requested a non smoking room and the smell on the room said otherwise. Also the AC was broken, so the room was extremely hot or extremely cold.

Great Staff! I highly recommend this hotel. The staff and location are ideal for Laredo. I have stayed in many places, and the staff here is the best!

Friendly staff & clean room. Area of town. The hotel was located in an area of town that required security, however, my stay was pleasant, the staff was very friendly, and my room was clean. The TV worked fine and overall I would stay there again if in the area.
