When we checked in, the first room we were given had an unmade bed. We returned to the front desk, where the clerk apologized and said he didn't know what was going on "back there," whatever that meant. We were given another room in which: - the bed side lights didn't work - the shower didn't work - there was no stopper in the sink - the "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke covered up with an air freshener.

Location. Parking. It was really more a 2 star quality, so I felt we got a great deal.

Checking in was extremely pleasant. The night shift clerk was excellent. The room was clean and fairly quiet. The only problem came at check out. I was there for a business interview that was scheduled for 1:00pm. Check out was 12pm. At 10:30, a staff member came by to "confirm" that I was checking out that day. At 11:30, I recevied a call from the desk, wanting to know when I would be leaving the room. After I confirmed that check out was at 12pm, I explained that I would be staying until them as to minimize the time spent in my car, waiting for the interview. The desk clerk told me that the maids wanted to know when I would be out, and told me I could wait in the lobby also. So, if you stay here, apparently the 12pm check out time should be interpreted as 11am at the very latest. Otherwise, you will be bugged until you actually do check out.

The first room we were given, the Air conditioning didn't work. The 2nd room, the toilet would not flush and not sure if the other plumbing worked properly. They offered a smoking room, totally unacceptable. No manager and no maintenance personnel was available to do anything. Two conventions were in town and no one to help except an incompetent desk clerk. We took the no toilet room and had to go outside thru the parking lot into the lobby to use the bathroom. The only rate adjustment they made was to exclude the tax. Security is questionable, as they were robbed last week. I will NEVER stay here again. Do not go here.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were dirty and needed repairs. The hotel rooms were dirty. I had to request a second room because the first smelled. The bathroom floor in the second room was dirty and there was a dirty towel on the sink. The caulk around the tub was in need of replacement and mold was growing around the tub. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful.

This is the worst La Quinta I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at a number over the years. I got the impression they were milking it for what value was left, before tearing it down or totally renovating it. Almost everything seemed to be be kept at a minimum level to be functional. The large pool was full of dark green water and looked like it had been that way for a while. At least the free fresh made waffles were as good as ever. That is the main reason I stayed there. I would stay at a La Quinta again, but not this one.

Good breakfast selection. In the breakfast sitting area there were leaks in the roof. Enjoyable stay, room appearance and cleanliness was great with and equally talented guest staff. The only draw backs were the pool was down for maintenance, and in the breakfast area the roof leaked.

Great place for a great price. I am planning to come back in a couple of months.

This hotel was filthy. The pool was green. Roll away beds were stored outside.

"the showers didn't work very well, but everything else was fine."

Quiet, friendly at check-in. Location, view, check out staff was rude. Stepping into the room was like taking a time machine back to 1985; all decor and bedding was worn and outdated. At check-in I was told check out was at noon. On check out day my key-card was inactive at 11:00. When I questioned the desk, he said check out was at 11:00. He acted like it was a huge inconvenience to reactivate the card so I could finish loading my car. I won't be back.

Hotel staff very friendly; always consistent quality at La Quinta hotels. Nothing really. Would gladly stay there for next trip.

I enjoyed the drive up to the door. The bathtub faucet dripped. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean. The walls are a little thin, could hear the neighbors talking till 5:00 am. Not the hotels fault.

The price we paid was great. Roaches in the room, bathroom walls and door dirty. The hotel is easy to get to but going somewhere from the hotel requires driving at least 2 miles to get back to the intersection.

Older hotel, super nice staff, good experience. It was older and could use some upgrades. This was a basic hotel being just above economy. Whoever does the hiring and/or training here should be commended. Every staff member that I came in contact with wanted to make sure that my stay was a good one. When your customer service experience is this good the entire experience is greatly upgraded.

Cable, wireless high-speed internet, and breakfast. No complaints. This hotel is in a nice and convenient location right off i-45, many restaurants are just across the interstate and there are gas stations nearby too. The rooms are equipped with cable and wireless high-speed internet and soap and towels are provided. I recommend this hotel.

Location easy to find. Room had smoke odder. The hotel was fine for what I needed. The priced seemed high for a 1 star.

Beds were clean. Toilet had dried urine on the back. Walls could have been cleaner. The room was clean with comfortable beds. The toilet had dried urine behind the seat. Sink and tub were clean and the shower curtain was clean. Continental breakfast was good.

It was close to where we needed to go the next day and it was close to the restaurant that we wanted to eat dinner at. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom was not entirely clean. Our stay was brief. We were not overly impressed with the room, but the staff was nice and price was reasonable.
