I have stayed at this hotel many times and the staff is always very considerate. The location of the hotel is excelent to get to Baytown & Houston. It does need to have some sort of access to Garth Road that is easier to get to than going around the block. The rooms have always been clean when ever I have stayed here.

My wife and had enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet and clean and the service was excellent. We were able to just cross the parkinglot next door to eat at the Red Lobster.

Had everything I want (WIFI, clean bed, free breakfast, and hair dryer). Can't think of anything worth mentioning. No negatives. It had everything I want (WIFI, clean bed, free breakfast, and hair dryer), and the price was right.

Checked in and went to the room....saw it was a double and I wanted a king... I went back to the office to get it switched and they wouldnt even try.. I told the girl I would pay the up charge for the different room but said there was nothing she could do. Other than that the room was clean, comfy beds. standard room nothing fancy..

Clean room, when asked for certain things like extra blankets, there was not a problem. The bed was uncomfortable.

The beds were not very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean. It smelled so nice. We did have to call the desk for coffee for the coffee pot. It was very quiet, and just minutes from family we visited. I loved having 3 pillows on the bed. I would have picked up the coffee, but the staff insisted on bringing it to the room, so thoughtful.

Free internet. Outside was kind of run down looking and beds were small in the room.

They were great about making sure that we had enough towels and things in our room. There was also a fridge and microwave in the room. The freezer in the refrigerator was very filthy.

It was close to many stores. The cleaning was way below average at best, the odor was terrible bathroom needed cleaning which I did. The hotel room had a musty, smelly odor. The carpet looked dirty, the bathroom tub was dirty so we moved to another room which still smelled and I still needed to clean bathroom.

Nothing. The room was dirty, small and no feeling of security. Our room had muddy footprints on the floor and also fresh mud (dirt) smeared on the wall. I would never stay there again.

The location. NA. This is my worst experience with a reputable hotel as such. The room was lacking cleanliness throughout. We noticed a roach crawling on the microwave. The carpet and floor area appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The bath tub needed resurfacing and a good cleaning. We had to go out and purchase shower shoes to access the shower and kept them on while walking on the floor/carpet. The towels were dirty and worn looking. Housekeeping only replenished towels and made the beds every other day. We were disturbed at 4am by a stray dog barking and scratching at our door. The dog continued to disturb us throughout the morning. We notified the staff and they proceeded to call animal control to get rid of it. The smell of marijuana dominated the air as we walked to and from our vehicle. In closing, overall experience was horrible and definitely not worth the price.

They are trying to keep it up but its an old property --beds were comfortable. Old has been repainted needs major updating. It is good. Don't expect a lot--its clean and the beds are comfortable -- just an old property that needs a total redo.

Convenient. Hotel management didn't know how to check me in or out. Hotel was great however the people working there didn't have a clue to what was going on, I was actually checked out on Saturday. I came back and my room keys didn't work. I then had to go get keys again and listen to there explanation on how they didn't check me in the night before.
