I found this hotel to be peaceful and quiet. They rooms were very clean and the service was great. I was taveling by myself and felt safe here. The airport shuttle was very important to me and provided the service I needed.

Hotel was in a quiet location but close to airport. Comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff. Only there for 1 night, but would recommend it for stop over in BDL area.

Hello,I've family in the area, and every time I come to visit, my partner & I stay at La Quinta. The rooms are clean, comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep in, and relaxing enough to destress in after dealing with my family's children en masse! Also, the continental breakfast is good, and if we are in the mood for more, La Quinta is right next to a lovely diner that has good food. This last trip, we took the shuttle from the airport, and had no problems whatsoever. ]The staff is always courteous, and extremely helpful, and never give that "you are bothering me" attitude that so many hotel/motel employees seem to put on toward the customers. I really enjoy this place to stay at when I'm in the area. I've never been surprised (in the bad way) by the service here, and so will continually give them my business, and recommend them to anyone asking where they should spend a night when away from home!

I was pleasantly surprised at how well designed the interiors were, how ergonomic the spatial arrangement was, and the location to various convenient restaurants--not to mention the airport if I'd needed it. Staff were quite pleasant and helpful, and I'd recommend this particular La Quinta to anyone who needed to stay in Massachusetts.

Walking distance to a restaurant. (fast food and sit down). Hallways smell like smoke. It is close to restaurants and they shuttle to the airport in the main and private plane locations.

I had to book a last minute trip for a conference with 4 women & little money. I was able to get a great price at a nice, decent hotel.We got a great rate through Orbit. The hotel staff over the phone was kind, patient & helpful with all of my nervous questions. They were also very friendly at the hotel. This is not a luxury hotel but it is a very happy medium with a great price tag. We were only there for an over night stay. The ladies were very impressed with the cleanliness & grateful for the accommodations. The Continental Breakfast had a nice variety of foods to choose from. All of us especially loved the do-it-yourself Belgian Waffles at the Continental Breakfast. It was a pleasure doing business with Orbit & LaQuinta. I would definitely do business with them again.

We sold our home and it gave us a place to sleep while tieing up loose ends. I had hoped to stay at a hotel with a hot tub We stayed for 2 weeks and the staff was accomodating, helpful and friendly with regards to providing us with an additional desk chair and directing us to the guest Landry area.

Nice hotel for the price. Great if you are taking a early morning flight out of Bradley. Breakfast begins at 4:30am.

I enjoyed my stay in the room,it was quiet and comfortable.It was my first time in Connecticut and i was facsinated by the area.It compares to some of the other rooms i have stayed in the past.even the breakfast was pretty decent.

They were willing to change my room to a room above the first floor. They gave me a key to a room and when I unlocked the door after midnight there were two people sleeping in bed in the room! I would not stay there again because of the bad experience. They gave me a key to a room that already had someone in it. It embarrassed me and scared me to death. The next room she gave me had all the lights on and I thought maybe someone was in that room also. It was very late and after all that I couldn't sleep all night wondering if someone would try to come into my room because of the mistake she made with the key the first time.

Waited 15 mins at unattended reception desk to check in. When clerk finally came back from wherever he was, no apology or explanation. The room was ok in terms of size and features, but smelled musty and stale. Housekeeping needs lessons in bedmaking - as each night everything came undone on the bed and resulted in a tangled mess (it might be that the linens aren't the right size for the beds ... they seemed to be a bit short for the thickness of the mattress). The continental breakfast was well-stocked, clean and had a nice variety of items.

Convenient to the airport, comfortable andfriendly staff. No place to put your luggage except on the floor. This hotel was convenient to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a variety of restaurants close by with a good range of cost. This is a good place to stay for the night for the business traveler or vacation traveler on their way to the airport.
