Convenient location. Good breakfast. Rooms need some work. Poor TV reception. Options are limited traveling through West Texas, but this hotel work for us on a number of levels. Convenient location just off I-10, descent rooms and good breakfast before we headed out the next day.

If you have to stay in Ft. Stockton, this is as good as any other place. Price is too high for what you receive. Nearby restaurants are lousy, breakfast on site is so-so. I would avoid this place in the future.

Room was clean. No microwave or fridge in room and no internet computer.

The breakfast was just ok. The bathtub looked as though it had not been cleaned. The hotel was old and not very clean. There were spiders in the bathtub. Priceline needs to re-evaluate the star level of the hotels that are on their site. This is not a 2 star as compared to the Hampton Inn close down the street. I want be staying there again.

Next to a truck stop with outside entrance. This hotel was next to a truck stop with an outside entrance. I killed 20 flies, a spider, a scorpion, and some black beetle bug. It was more comfortable for the insects than for me. I will not be staying there again.

Location was easy on and off Hwy. Mold in bathroom shower - Yuck. The room size & such were fine. No late breakfast on weekend (6-9AM). Bathroom shower ceiling had leaked at some point & plaster as well as paint was coming off with lots of mold coming thru. Shower curtain also had mold. This is why I gave it a poor rating.

Accommodations as expected for La Quinta. Could use some maintenance, fresh paint.

I liked that I was able to get a reservation and their room was quiet. I thought the service was horrid. After we checked in, we went out for dinner. Upon our return, we found that they checked someone else into our room and moved our things out. After we got our room back, it took several tries over two hours to get the front desk to answer the phone. We needed a plunger because the toilet was backed up. They eventually said that they found us a plunger, but the clerk said," You will have to come over here to get it. I'm not going out there." You see, it was snowing, and there was 4" of snow/slush on the ground. By that time, I was in my pajamas, and I only had a pair of sandals to where, so I had to walk about 200 yards in the snow like that to get the plunger. I came down with bronchitis that weekend.

It was close to the Interstate. Too noisy at night. Too much dust in parking lot.

Breakfast was good. Took several tries to get a clean room. I expected more from La Quintal. It took several tries to get a clean room - seemed to have issues with the cleaning person in a couple of areas of the hotel. Once we had a clean room, it was fine. Staff helpful.

Easy access from the highway It did not live up to the quality of a La Qunita that I expected. This hotel was easy to get to. It wasn't what I expected from La Quinta, kind of old looking. The bathroom shower curtain was moldy, but the room was clean.

Customer service was great. Hotel is old and needs a good maintenance person to do repairs correctly. Water leaks repaired poorly in bathroom. Bathroom needs to be gutted. While this is an old facility, it is clean and the service is great. La quinta needs to invest some money into renovations. This location is full to capacity nightly and it's a shame that someone doesn't see what kind of return on investment repairs would give. High priced for poorly maintained units.

I stayed last yr here I was pleased, this time I was not. People were not accommodating to the customer. This hotel has gone down hill the service was very poor. The room that we have reserved was a non smoking room we thought, the room had been smoked in!!! we mention to the people in charge they told me o well that the way it goes they didn't try to get us another room or make right for us for us I will never stay in this hotel ever again.

Location. The La Quinta fort Stockton is a typical "road trip" hotel that met expectations. However, I would probably have been better booking a room directly through the hotel. Staff-in-training also need to be accompanied by more seasoned staff and not left on their own- which created some problems for me upon check-out.

Great breakfast buffet. Bugs & smoke smell in room. The first room we were given smelled of smoke and had a ton of flies. The second room also had a lot of flies, but was better than the first.

Staff very friendly. Very comfortable hotel to stay in.

Quiet. Price of faxing. The lady on the night shift was very friendly; the gentleman in the morning was not. The hotel was very quiet at night and in the morning. Right off the highway, nice stay.

Nothing. Everything was old including mattress. Could have been a better hotel.

The staff was willing to change my room and put me in a clean room. The first room I was in was filthy. I had higher expectations for a la quintal inn.

Nothing else around. Dirty! Supposed to be non smoking, but it reeked of cigarettes. No light in bathroom, which was good because bathtub was in horrible condition, and at least we really could not see it. Cigarette burns on sheets, and one bed had no pillows. We could hardly wait until morning so we could leave!
