We discovered this hotel some months back and liked it because it is close to the cargo section of the Tulsa Airport. We ship from there every few weeks and stayed at La Quinta again because we liked it the first time. This is a pet friendly hotel and has a large parking lot that is great for walking dogs.

Very friendly and helpful. Bathroom area was not very clean, big stain on carpet next to bed.

This is an old hotel that has a new coat of paint, but that doesn't make up for serious management problems. We had a guaranteed, pre-paid reservation for a non-smoking room with a king bed. When checking in, the hotel clerk said they "were out" of rooms with king beds. When I stated that I had a guaranteed reservation, she stated that they didn't make guaranteed reservations. I showed her the paperwork with a confirmation, but was offered only a room with two double beds. No alternatives were offered. I reluctantly accepted the room offered, only to find that it smelled heavily of smoke. The desk clerk was very apologetic, stating that the room was marked as non-smoking, and moved me to another room. When I questioned her further about the reservation, she stated that they depend on cancellations or people checking out, to make rooms available. She stated that some guest may have extended their stay, which made the room unavailable. I feel that this is a poor management policy. Overall, the hotel looks clean, but closer inspection shows many signs of aging. The elevator floor tile is filthy, the walkways are dirty and stained, the elevator doors are noisy and seem about to fail at any time. The ceiling on our room (third floor) showed signs of recent leaking and stains.

When I got to my room, there were dead roaches on the floor, and the room was really hot. I turned on the A/C and went to the store. When I returned, the room light was off. I'm sure I turned it off before I left, so someone had been in my room while I was away. Luckily, it was a 1 day trip and I didn't have any valuables. The view from my window showed multiple abandoned and dilapidated cars in the parking lot. The next morning, I tried to take a shower but there was NO hot water. On my way out, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the front so I could tell them about the water situation. I travel quite a bit and know what to expect out of a hotel stay. This was one of the worse hotels I've ever stayed in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone under any circumstance.

I couldn't work very much due to the wi-fi being down and no signal for my air-card. It's located in the lower end of the community of Tulsa--safe but not middle class, and no place to sit down and have dinner except for Applebees. I wouldn't stay there again, I didn't even want to go down for the breakfast.

Overall the room was comfortable. To enter, & exit this location is poor for the center dividers of the city roads. Overall my stay with La Quinta was comfortable. There could be a better location for this facility as for the entrance and exit of this hotel is on a one way street with a center divider in the city road. Large groups of people that were renting rooms as well during my stay were excessively loud, and in movement between rooms late in the evening.

In General, the hotel was OK. but what I didn?t like it was the service for cleaning the room. More than 3 times I had to ask for a person to come by and clean the floor, the toilette and the sink. I hope they can improve this service.

I had great time at the motel it is very clean. And the service was great!!! A must stay for the price.

The geographic location overall was fine as we were close to the local ice rink. The actual location especially the parking lot was over exposed and right next to an abandoned gas station. People other than hotel guest constantly walked through it. Our room door stucked (was hard to open) and then the AC/heater went out. It was cold and we had to move to another room and then that one had a slow drain in the tub. Also they should mention that their rooms have exterior entrances. It looked like they were just trying to renovate somethings but much more needs to be done. The lobby and continental breakfast was fine and staff were friendly and accomadating. One stair well we had to use through our stay had a strange smell the whole weekend.

La Quinta Inn Tulsa East was extremely disappointing! The outside maintenance was wanting. I felt sick to my stomach just sitting in the car while I waited for my husband to open the room. We had to ask for assistance from the desk clerk to open the room. Once we opened the door the bed was not made: the sheets were dirty; the tub was dirty with dirty towels in the tub. To top it off the room had an extremely foul odor. We could not stay here.

Older Motel that has been remodeled. Nice SMALL clean pool but only accessable from parking lot. Everything was very clean and great staff. Don't spend the extra for the suite unless you need space and street noise doesn't bother you. It is located on the front of the hotel and all you hear all night is 41st street traffic over the airconditioner. On Saturday night when I stayed, the traffic and car stereo noise was so loud it was 1:30 before I fell a sleep and that is unheard of for me. I guess the hard bed wasn't helping any either. The other rooms toward the back of the Motel is probably quiter. Breakfast was standard stuff plus two hot waffel griddles and plenty of room.

This was a Cheap Hotel for a Cheap price. If was very dirty. There was blood on the walls of the bathroom, that just grossed me out. I did talk to the front desk about this and they were nice about it and did come clean it up. But I will still never go back. Plus they are not two queen beds, they are Full beds.

Free breakfast. Exterior doors, bathroom dirty, sink leaked, mildew in tub. It was old and dirty. We prefer interior doors for safety & were disappointed to find exterior doors. The rooms were spacious, but I was scared to let my kids touch anything. There was hair on the shower walls and mildew all around the tub. The sink leaked, so we had to put a trash can under it. We were happy to leave the next morning!

The stairway had water dripping down, even so that it didn't rain, must have been from the AC

The outside of the building was well-lighted. I did not feel that the room was very clean - black handprints on the lightswitch covers, dirty stains on the walls, etc. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The La Quinta we stayed at was under renovations. The outside had to fallen into disrepair. There was peeling paint, water stains, rust stains and apparently they were redoing portions of the roof, these were all outside eyesores, but eyesores none the less. Our check in was scheduled for 1:00 pm, unfortunately the room was not ready for us until 4:30, this was very disappointing. We were located on the 3rd floor but elevator was in terrible shape. The pool was closed for chemical balancing. I would have liked to have been informed of some of these issues beforehand. The hotel is located near several restaraunts as well as a 24 hour grocery store. The convinience was certainly nice. The wireless internet worked very well.
