Good location with lots of nearby restaurants. Assigned room had rug stains and funky smell, but they were willing to switch rooms. Limited TV channels. Good East Tucson location surrounded by five restaurants. The price was superb and the breakfast bar ample. We liked the availability of internet and the clean facilities.

We rented two roomsand both of them had water temperature problems. The water temperature would go from cold to scalding hot in cycles of 30 seconds. The first morning I reported it to the desk at 5:15 am. The next morning the same thing happened and the person at the desk did not seem to care.

Even though the motel was located on a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet. Our room had very comfortable beds with a very quiet air conditioner for a hotel.

The location. Room was not clean. The location is good. However, after I had been in my room for some time and had completely unpacked, I realized that the bathroom had not been cleaned - there were used towels, soaps and other people's trash in the room. I didn't realize the room wasn't clean at first because the beds were made. If it hadn't been for that, my stay would have been pleasant.

Tucson is a pretty dry climate, yet the hallways and bathrooms here smelled like damp mold. It looks like the place hasn't been repaired since 1970, there are obvious signs that the owners don't care at all about apperance. But if you want a cheap room that smells like mildew, then this deal is for you. Everything else was satisfactory, but I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again.

They had free breakfast. Half of the food was not available. They allocate a certain amount of food. Everything else was ok.

It was a clean and attractive place inside of room. The court yard needs some upgrade. I would advise it to anyone who wanted to stay at a pace with basic expectations.

It was close to food and shopping. Had everything I needed. They could use some new carpet in the rooms. That was the only thing about it that was a little dingy. This hotel is easy to get to, clean, has free WiFi, and has good breakfast. I was next to the laundry room, I think, so there was the thump, thump, thump of the dryer late at night, but I got used to it after a while.

The Hotel was nice. But I couldn't get into my room until 6:00 P.M. the first night, the next night when I got back to the room after working all day the room had not been cleaned yet. The breakfast was not ready all 3 days I stayed there so I had to go out & eat.

It was very quiet and clean. Personnel were very helpful. Convenient location. Clean and quiet room. Very helpful staff actually changed our room when we first arrived so that we would have a balcony to sit outside and we hadn't even asked for a change. Will definitely stay at this hotel on subsequent visits.

Price, comfortable mattress. At interscetion of two busy streets. Good for a one-night stay. 20 minutes or less to downtown, UA campus, airport & airforce base. Towels too thin. The double beds are the narrowest I've ever seen. Even two skinny people can't fit in one bed.
