Easy check in, helpful staff, great loction, good value

Enough table space for two people to sit. Comfy bed. Really, really small bathroom! Overall the stay was good, but the size of the bathroom was a problem. We didn't eat breakfast there, but the food looked good. Good wifi connection.

one would think that a hotel listed as "Airport Area" would actually be near the airport. It's not!!!! It says 7.5 miles from airport, perhaps it is if you could go their directly, but if you stay on the road to get to the airport, it is much farther, not to mention that you have to drive by at least 30 other hotels that are much closer to the airport. This place is really, really old and way too expensive for what you get.

It was right on a major interstate, easy to see/find. The staff break room had piles of trash everywhere, and we had to walk past it to get to the staircase. Though at first glance, this La Quinta looks very old and run down, the hotel was not horrible. The room was clean, and the 'free' breakfast was standard fare, and the wi-fi was free. Our major problem was all the garbage piled up outside the room, and in the staff breakroom. Unfortunately, for the price we paid, we could just as easily have stopped at another hotel along the interstate and gotten a better hotel, so the next time we go through Amarillo, we will likely not stay here again.

Just stopping for the night, it was comfortable and quiet. The rooms were fairly up to date, but weren't as tidy as I prefer. It appeared to be clean, but the fitted sheets weren't tucked under the mattress, the provided cups were scattered on the table, and the bottom of the bathtub was dingy and old. Not horrible, but could have been much better.

Location of hotel. Location of room. Good and convenient location with plenty of restaurants (including walk to locations).

The price was great but we did not consider the La Quinta Inn up to a 3 star standard. It was old and in need of repair. It was also noisy and major lights so it was hard to sleep at night. The staff was friendly and helpful but the motel was NOT up to our standard and definitely NOT a 3 star.

Close to interstate, clean, comfortable and affordable. Can't think of anything.q We enjoyed our stay and would reccomend it to anyone.

This was just a one night stay for us but the room was clean and comfortable, conveniently located and very reasonable. We were quite pleased.

Location, price, and free breakfast. Our room was on the back side of the hotel & was not well lit. We only stayed overnight on our way to our destination. It's nothing fancy, but it met all our needs. The room was clean and stocked. They had a pretty good continental breakfast that was perfect for our family.

The hotel was nice, but a bit outdated. would be nice if the hotel would have had a fitness center.

It was close to my destination. They did not clean our room. The continental breakfast area was insufficient. The hotel is a refurbished old hotel. The tile in the bathroom was stained. The shower diverter was only partially working. They only had one waffle iron to serve the guests. It should have been a minimum of 2 and possibly 3. The cleaning services missed our room.

The main concern that we had was that the bottom of the bath tub was worn and appeared to be dirty. Everything else was adequate.

No breakfast until 7:00am, we left at 6:00 am. It's kept up pretty well for as old as it is. The bathroom area should have a door. There was one for the tub and stool but not the lavatory area. It was disturbing for one trying to sleep a little longer.

The LaQuinta Amarillo was in the process of fixing up the outside. The inside still needs alot of update. When we walked in there was a crayon and some piece of what looked like food on one of the beds. So we had to assume the bed had not been touched. When we told the front desk we wanted some clean sheets for the bed they brought us some but didn't offer for anyone to put them on. The bath tub looked like it needed a good cleaning, Other than those thingsthe continental breakfast was good and the staff seemed friendly. We were on a round trip and I chose not to stay at that hotel on the way back.

Trying to find the hotel! Overall the stay was what we needed. However, we came in at Midnight and had a very difficult time finding the hotel that was supposed to be right off the freeway.

Put microwave in my room at my request. Did not put microwave in my room until the next day. Nice place for the price.

The staff was very accommodating. The carpet on the stairs were not clean, and the light in the shower area would turn off on its own. I was pleased with my stay here. The hotel was generally clean, save for the carpet on the stairs that had crumbs and food stains on it. Service was good too. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I enjoyed their breakfast, which came free. Internet service was fast and reliable. I'd say the place is good for someone looking for a simple, clean, no-frills hotel (near the airport).
