One attendant on duty no manager not friendly didn’t even pretend to be happy to see customers. Others voiced this out loud had to make & get a complaint confirmation number to La quinta customer service. the room was filthy, bath tub filthy & black no coffee, housekeeper left personal beverage in room no ashtrays & goes on & on not handicap accessible.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
Priced well, continental breakfast fine, room ok. First room wasn't made up, second one was smoking, third one was ok. Four couples traveling together. We had some trouble checking in as noted inresponse. One of the other couples had problem with overflowing toilet. They were moved to another room and water was leaking in through the roof. Sink drain in our room and in the bath tub drained very slowly. Overall it was ok.

It was clean, quiet and easy to get to and from. The beds were small, I'm not sure why the two beds weren't queen size.

The one person at the front desk was friendly. The bathroom was really small. This is an old hotel with a fresh coat of paint and clean rooms. Don't think that this is like the new LaQuintas you'll find next to the mall in suburbia. All room access is outdoors, staff (while friendly) is limited, breakfast choice is minimal and the beds average. This felt more like a Motel 6 rather than a Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn.
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
Location - good beds. Small bathroom - TV reception was poor. We will stay there again.
Date of Stay:
September, 2008
Hotel personel very helpful. Convenient to border, small breakfast area, room hadAC but took a while to cool the room.

The bath tub floor was buckled and 2 lamps had burned out bulbs. It is a practical place for me to stay, but not well maintained.

Since it is a small town it is almost close to everything. The people working at the front desk, they are not polite at all. I asked for a king size bed. The front desk clerk said that rooms are not available. I ask for there manager, they told me he was out, I asked if they could please call him and ask what they could do, they told me they didn't have his phone number. I asked again so incase of an emergency you don't call your manager and let him know. He just look at me without knowing what to say and just said no.

Friendly staff and ease of check-in and out. I had problems receiving internet and breakfast should be served until at least 9:30 in the morning.

The price was lower the next day which naturally made us happy. The location was far from ideal. It was a great value for the price.

Good hotel. Bad restaurant. Clean, comfortable.
Date of Stay:
May, 2008
Easy to locate & quiet atmosphere. Continental breakfast very poor quality, coffee cold & no flavor, selection minimal. Easy access from main road, quiet and comfortable room.
Date of Stay:
May, 2008
Very clean and location was perfect. Closest ice machine was broken, had to walk a distance for the next one. I always like staying at La Quinta and always refer my friends to it.
Date of Stay:

This hotel was clean seems as if they remodeled so disregard negative feedback. Its nicer than what I was expecting.

The location. The smell of the room didn't smell clean. This hotel was not what I expected, it had a smell the comforter and sheets were not cleaned.
Date of Stay:
April, 2008
Rooms are always very clean, front desk staff friendly. No window screens on second story rooms.
Date of Stay:
April, 2008
Convenient location. They were painting. Easy to find and free wireless internet is a plus. However, if I had known they were painting at the time.
Date of Stay:

Pool. Overall smell, smelled like urine. AC not cool enough, cool button was broken. Filthy, smelled like urine in the bathroom, small room & bed, overall smell. AC not cool enough, cool button was broken, set at one temperature. Felt like bugs were crawling on feet.
