This place is a great location and everything was great. I was only there for one night so I didn't use the pool or fitness center, but they seemed nice.

Hotel has the balcony facing the pool, nice to enjoy the evening outside.

We have stayed here three times in the last year, The best thing is it is generally cheap. There is some renovation going on and the renovated rooms are better. But the last time in April 2009 things were a mess. We moved rooms three times. Water came flooding into the bathroom from above one night, then the next room the door would not lock. Finally in the third room we got into was OK. The breakfast seems very cheap. You can tell the owner has told the breakfast girl to squeeze the last dime out of breakfast, because on Sunday morning there were many people and very little food. All the food was gone, the juice, hot water, only one cereal, the cheapest, corn flakes, yogurt, bread, bagels, all gone. There were people from all over the world there also, mostly Mexico, and Japan. Stay for the cheap price, and generally good location. Don't expect much quality. Staff had excuses but not many solutions.

I thought this was a star place, but I could have saved alot of money by staying at Motel 6 - that is what is was like

Very happy with my stay Oct 4-7, 2008. Clean rooms and lobby. Helpful front desk and other employees. Felt safe during my stay. Very nice breakfast selections included in price of room. Free Wi-fi worked effortlessly.

Room was nicely renovated, liked the bathroom a lot, excellent light fixtures and granite top around sink. Overall, the hotel was recommendable, the location was great for business travelers and the rooms were nicely renovated.

is not the best area in tucson, but I dint care for that, I will go there again, the personal was super nice with us. soy latino y me gusto mucho lo recomiendo para el que nesecite un cuarto barato y limpio,de mi parte me quedaria a vivir alli, el desayuno es mas que suficiente no solo galletas y cafe como otros, aqui te dan: pan dulce, wafles, tostadas, jugo de naranja, flakes fruta huevos duros y un rico cafe y puedes comer todo lo que quieras hasta llevartelo a tu cuarto y la empleada es bien atenta

I felt comfortable staying in a hotel with clean linens, I especially liked the complimentary, healthy breakfast, which gave my day a fresh start.

Quick response to the electrical sparks flying from the ceiling light. Slow elevator. When I came back from dinner (see next comment), there was a hot electrical smell in my room. I couldn't find anything wrong. Then about 1 hour later I heard loud cracking and popping and there were sparks flying in the light fixture attached to the ceiling. It was obviously a problem with the wiring and not the light bulb. I immediately turned off the light and called the front desk. The maintenance guy arrived shortly and I was moved to a different room - next door. I felt uneasy about the hotel's wiring and didn't get a very peaceful sleep.

The rooms are pretty nice. The staff is not overly friendly and didn't go out of their way to assist us. The breakfast bar ran out of items many times during our stay and it took forever to fill it up. Overall not a terrible stay but we still prefer Hampton Inn's any day.

This place is a good value for an economy hotel. It was very quiet. The breakfast included waffles, fruit, yogurt, pastries, juice, coffee. The room was clean, furnishings were decent.

Clean, newly updated, granite counter tops & floors. Plumbing & electric outlets need updating. My charger plug fell out of the outlet. I had to prop something up to the plug to hold it in place. The toilet got clogged and the toilet tank mechanism to shut off the water failed to work. Therefore the water was pouring onto the floor. I ran down the hall to get help and the ladies who make-up the rooms only spoke Spanish no English. I eventually got the manager. No big deal to them.

Very disappointing. Desk staff did not know answers to questions about facility. Despite new renovation, appearance was spotty, paint job sloppy. Old windows not replaced so freeway noise was constant. Pool was clean (fortunately) but cold. Indoor hot tub was dark green with algae like at a natural hot springs and un-fit for use. Breakfast limited-one kind of juice, one kind of jam, so crowded there was not a seat at a table for all guests.

The hotel was especially close to the downtown area and some of the best restaurants nearby, but I would recommend that you call ahead and have them take a second look over the cleaning job.

Did not like. Location. Average at best. OK for one night.

I was first surprised by the size of the room. The bathroom was big, the room was big and it was well kept. The pillows were fluffy and i slept like a baby on the bed. Attached to the hotel is the Kettle restraunt (worst breakfast buffet ever) but the Waffle House across the street was much better.

This hotel totally works for a family on a budget. The continental breakfast was nice, the lady who worked it was pleasant. It had indoor hallways, we felt very secure. Room was pretty good sized, beds were totally bouncy, room was clean. Didn't get out in the neighborhood much, but it seemed ok. Airport was about 10 minutes away.

The clerk at the front desk was friendly. The continental breakfast left much to be desired, and the attendant restocked the pastries with her bare hands when she thought no one was looking, only using the tongs when someone was nearby.
