The Hotel was clean and had good wireless internet. However, even waste paper baskets, and shampoo was not provided. I guess I could have called the front desk and have had these issues addressed, but, I would prefer they take care of this on their own to leave a good impression on customers.

It was close to my destination and offered a breakfast. The breakfast could have been better. The hotel was adequate for my needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager even let me us his office to print out a few emails I needed!

The hotel was clean and convenient to my activities. It was situated with a good selection of restaurants. The staff were friendly and professional.

The room was spacious. The hotel was well worth the price I paid.

clean, friendly, convenient Excellent choice for those who are not interested in swimming pools and onsite restaurants It is quiet, well appointed, and meets every need for overnight or longer stay. In room wireless internet was a real plus. Can't say enough about the cleanliness of the motel and the friendly helpfulness of the staff.

The accommodations were perfect for our needs and then some. Every thing was of excellent quality. In the customer laundry area, there was so dispenser for detergents and fabric softener so I could not was my clothes without taking a trip to a store. We arrived to find the host accommodating and friendly, the room well appointed,i nviting, and clean. Nothing had been overlooked. The lobby area was inviting and had direct access to the breakfast area so there was plenty of seating for visitors to use. And the windows in the breakfast/lobby area made for a cheerful atmosphere.

Easy to find, close to Interstate 275, close to shopping. It was a non-smoking room, but had an odor of smoke, which I don not care for. We were just in Canton, MI overnight, in town for a family member's birthday party. It was a comfortable, clean room that was sufficient for our needs for the night.

Location was great! Still have a smoking floor and the smoke can be smelled on all floors even non smoking floor. A cheap hotel that's in a great location. If you are only staying overnight for a few days its worth the money.

Friendly staff, pet policy, well-lit grounds and great breakfast. Floor above squeaked when guests walked across room. Very nice, well-maintained hotel, close to shopping and Interstate. Pet policy with no additional charge. Very good breakfast.

Friendly service...excellent location. The bathroom was dirty but room itself was good I did not get a non-smoking room, which was disappointing but I had candles, so it worked out okay. The room was clean but the bathroom really needed some deep cleaning! The continental breakfast had been cleared by 10:00, which was a surprise but had been posted in that area if I would have walked over to check earlier. Overall, the hotel is good...newly renovated!

Hotel was very clean. Was pleased to get a first floor accommodation. Breakfast was quite adequate. Didn't have microwave or refrigerator but didn't ask for one either. This was a very clean, neat and well decorated hotel. The breakfast was more than a continental and very good. We were the envy of those paying much more rooms that weekend.

Very friendly and comfortable and convenient to restaurants. Ford road is almost too busy. Clean and up to date . Late checkout, noon. Breakfast available . Pleasant and convenient to the Detroit area . 30 miles from down town . Expressway on, and off easy access.

The location was close to the highway. The room smelled funky & the air conditioner smelled like an ashtray. The continental breakfast was one of the worst I've had at this level of hotel. You can dress it up with a name like fruit compote, but it's still just mushy, not so ripe fruit. The room smelled. The staff addressed the smell by spraying some sort of cleaning solution that added to the strange stale smell.

The staff was very helpful. The location was hidden. It was a beautiful place with friendly people and a clean environment. I would definitely stay again.

Location was good. Left with odor in my clothes. I wouldn't want to stay there again.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to my young children. It did not have a pool. Great hotelprobably best for business travelers. The staff was extremely friendly to me and my children, but it was definitely more of a business hotel than a family hotel.

Nothing. No snow removal in parking lot. Entrances not cleared of snow. This was worse than ridiculous. Outside contractors had pass keys to rooms, and used them without the guest present. The counter clerk was very rude when I checked in.

The hotel was very clean and reasonable. The breakfast waffle iron & microwave need separate circuits. The room was very clean and window could be opened for fresh air. It was very convenient to an excellent Indian restaurant.

location no ice & problems with tv how can you have problems with 2 or 3 ice machines

the beds were comfortable, room nice and clean, and very good size room, it was a very good location next to the freeway. tv would go from loud to quiet every couple minutes, and the clerk gave us a very hard time when we asked for sugar for our coffee Our stay was very comfortable and we got a good night sleep. The evening we checked in we went to the store nearby and bought a container of Folgers coffee, because we drink alot, and we did not want to bother the desk for more. There were only 3 packets
