Free internet. Lack of central air. Decent place to spend the night, but it is not a luxurious treat.

There are not a lot of well-known hotel brands in Del Rio. This hotel is off a main street; our room was in the back and the rooms open to outside (which was fine with us as we had a boat we wanted to be near). Room was clean, comfortable. We had king with refrigerator and microwave, which was nice. We go for Lake Amistad activities. This was our first time here. We wanted a King size bed, which can be hard to find in other hotels. There is a new Rudy's BBQ restaurant right near the hotel, which has awesome BBQ (we're from San Antonio, so it was nice to find this comfort food there).

Clean, friendly service, nice complimentary breakfast

Convenient location. Uncomfortable bed. Decent place to stay for the night.

This was a clean and tidy hotel in a small town. The staff was courteous and professional. The breakfast was good and fresh. The pool was awesome, especially for kids in 100+ degrees. The beds were ok. Will return.

Convenient location, attractive room andfresh waffles at breakfast. There was nothing remarkable about this motel-but I appreciated the waffle machine at breakfast. The room was clean, ample and attractive. This was not a destination hotel-just an overnight en route so we didn't have many expection or needs. It was very close to the movie theater at the mall.

Parking lot could be a bit larger for boats, although, it had lots of outside plug-ins for boat chargers. Clean rooms, friendly staff, they didn't tell me about the outside plug-ins for charging my boat.

The room was very comfortable and we had a very good nights sleep. I feel that we always get treated very well by the staff. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on my trips to Del Rio, TX.

I liked that it was clean. I really did not like that we could not have a king size bed, i could not sleep very well. I would have given this experience a higher grade but since I am over weight and wanted to sleep with my wife I could not. I went to Del Rio for my grandfathers funeral and would of liked this simple courtesy.

Location. It was not as clean as I expected. I liked the location and price for the hotel. I disliked that the hotel bathroom was not up to my expectations. There was a huge roach in the bath tub and the air ventilation was broken and could see into the roof.

It was close to town. It did not have a refrigerator or micro wave oven.

Cheap! Parking. It was fairly nice but the parking isn't the greatest if you have a boat.

We were running extremely late on our check in day, and the entire staff was very helpful and curteous, willing to meet any need we mentioned. I'm 5'9" and the shower head seemed to be made specially for anyone who is about 5'2" or shorter. We are simple, and dont require much attention from hotel staff. For the time that we were there, they answered any question we had willingly, and never bothered us otherwise.

New and clean rooms. The hotel looks very old on the outside. They should remodel the outside of the hotel to make it feel newer.

Service was good, people friendly and helpful. The room had so much smoke in it we choked for two days. The motel was good, just could not get a non smoking room as motels were fully booked, nice bedding, nice beds, really tried to please.

Clean, friendly, free internet access, food available. I didn't think the room cleaning was as good the second day. This was an excellent choice for a vacation stay. The room was very clean and eating places are readily available.

Room was big and clean. No electric oven. Services were great at that price.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, rooms average size. Styrofoam cups. We have stayed in several hotels in Del Rio, TX, and this is the best that we have stayed in - I am considering room size, bed comfort, and cleanliness.
Date of Stay:
August, 2006
Clean rooms, nice pool, friendly staff, good breakfast. There was not an elevator, so it was difficult taking all the bags upstairs. We got a non-smoking room, but the people next to us were smoking. Late in the evening we had to switch rooms, which was not fun with small children, but the hotel staff was very accommodating and understanding. Overall, I really liked this hotel and I would stay there again.

High speed internet. No elevator. Convenient location; clean comfortable rooms; no elevator. I would not stay here again unless I was assured that I had a 1st floor room ... dragging heavy luggage to the 2nd floor is no fun.
