The front desk staff was exceptional, and came to our rescue several times - all the lightbulbs were missing from our room, and the toilet paper dispenser was missing when we checked in - however, the hotel is falling apart. The door locks to swipe your key to enter the hotel from the outside are busted off the door so safety is an issue. The pool was clean but dirty towels laid everywhere and the cement was cracked and broken by the indoor pool & hot tub. The hot tub is non existent and has been filled in with dirt and a tree. The housekeeping staff was extremely rude, spent much time cussing and fighting with one another, and the walls are paper thin so you could hear every word. They also blasted their radios and then talked over them, so you couldn't sleep in the morning after about 7 am. I will not ever stay here again, even though the two people at the front desk were wonderful.

This Hotel was very convienient to the Airport and Davenport. Easy access to all roadways. Nice Breakfast, clean rooms, good location. The pool was not heated during our stay there which was a big problem. My kids wanted to swim and it was cold. There also wasnt a Hot Tub, unlike most of the other hotel in the surrourding area. I have stayed in several other hotels there.

It was acceptable for the price and seemed clean. The breakfast area was very small and crowded for the number of guests. The hotel was acceptable for the price for the stay. Also, I thought the breakfast area was very small and not layed out well for the number of guests in the hotel. The breakfast staff was rude as my children and I waited in line for the waffles. There was no where to stand and as my kids and I moved out of other peoples way to get to what they needed. The staff would yell at us to stand over there which was in the way of others. It was so crowded in there and no place to sit.

Pet friendly, quiet, breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly. Needed more rooms available for smoking patrons. The staff was extremely nice. The room was nicely setup and clean. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Check in and out were extremely easy.

The mattress and pillows were great. We slept very well. The first night the blanket on the bed was very tacky and probably dirty. Replaced the next day without any complaints from us. Meets expectations, reasonable, friendly, good breakfast service.

It had a good breakfast, more than just rolls and coffee. I was expecting a Jacuzzi and it was closed down, permanently. It was pleasant and location was good for the activities we had planned.

Night clerk. Filthy (Hair and opened bottles of shampoo in tub) and run down. This trip however was the worst.

The desk clerk was very nice and friendly. Our room was not ready on time we had to wait until the desk clerk clean the room. This was a nice hotel and we had a very nice time. I would stay at this hotel again with no problem. I think they could've had more staff on such a busy weekend.
