At only */night (plus taxes) this hotel was a bargain. Nice and clean room and lobby. Decent breakfast. Indoor pool. The only downside was the bed was not the best. Still I'll definitely stay here again!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! My husband and I really enjoyed our trip to Crossville. The staff was very helpful and gave us several suggestions for places to eat and visit! The rooms were very comfortable and Clean!!

Good mattress. Dirty, foreign operated. Does only what is necessary to maintain franchise. Poor breakfast, dirty hall ways and elevator.

We've stayed at this motel 5 times in the last year. We have a daughter and her family that live in the area and when we visit we stay here. I always get a handicap room. They are always friendly and very accomodating. My grandsons love the indoor pool.

Large breakfast area. Room heat dried the air too much. Enjoyable stay, friendly manager, convenient to the interstate highway.

Web says pet deposit, nothing about limits. When arrived, charged me a pet fee and said only one pet--LaQuinta says they are PET FRIENDLY period--no conditions! I was shocked. LaQuinta never wrote back when I complained.

This hotel was modern, had all the conveniences and was well maintained. They had a nice free breakfast as well. Inability to upgrade room to a king bed, when there were plenty available and not bring used they charged for an upgrade. The proprietor was decent enough (manager, I guess) he is from India and therefore, a slight language barrier existed. The hotel was decent, but they were not able to upgrade our room we are larger people and needed more than the 2 double beds, it was $10. More and we'd have had no objection if the hotel had been near capacity, but it wasn't nearly full.

This place was clean and quiet. All the workers were pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was awesome! We'll stay here again!

Staff was very cordial, breakfast was complete. Never received kleenex in the room, workout room poor. Comfortable, inexpensive stay for our visit to family in the Crossville area. Close to other restaurants/services in that area, too.

The location was convenient. Rooms were outdated and musty smelling. From the moment of our arrival, I wished that we had stayed at the holiday inn express, only about 5 miles down the interstate. Four weeks earlier we stayed at the holiday inn express, and the rooms were clean, updated, and comfortable. Check-in took less than a minute. The la Quinta was just the opposite. The person at the front desk must have been re-programming the computer for the 20 minutes it took for her to check us in! When we finally got into the room, it smelled of mold. The bed spread and linens were old and outdated, and the towels were thin. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay.

They provided me with a fridge when I requested. Clerk new to computer and took too much time checking me in. Clean, spacious, and pet friendly. Good location to access interstate 40.

Cable and nice continental breakfast. Odor of spray used in facility, overpowering. Very nice place met my expectations. My sister had not liked one person¿s attitude, seemed to catch him and responded better subsequently.

LEAVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After making reservation I contacted the hotel the same night and requested a room with two double beds and no smoking. Clerk stated "no problem". Upon arrival, I was given a smoking room, double beds. After telling the clerk what I had requested three weeks earlier, he stated that this was the only room he had left as he had given the non-smoking rooms to other people that had come in. I asked if they had reservations and he stated no. He then called the manager on the phone, informed her of the problem. After hanging up, he informed me the manager was not available and that her daughter said we could either take that room or go find another hotel. Not something you want to hear after driving 12 hours, and confirming your room three weeks prior. Purpose of my trip was to buy property in the area. After telling my Realtor of how I was treated at the hotel, she stated they would stop telling there clients to stay there.

It is fairly clean and the staff was helpful. The room was reasonably priced. The breakfast was very disappointing; there wasn't enough to choose from that was healthy. This hotel is reasonably priced for the area and amenities. The beds are very comfortable and we slept well. However, the free continental breakfast did not meet our expectations in comparison to other hotels-motels of this class. There were few choices for a health-conscious person, and we had to eat breakfast elsewhere. The indoor pool, though we did not use it, is a nice extra, and they have a small fitness room. Although our room appeared to be clean, there was a musty odor when we initially entered. Someone on staff immediately came upstairs to spray when we called the desk, and we were not bothered by the odor again. We also would have liked to have a small refrigerator, but rooms with one were all booked.

Friendly staff. Musty smell from indoor pool, loud "machine-like" noises. An OK stay, probably could have gotten something similar for less.

The staff was very helpful. N/A Excellent staff, accommodating. Very comfortable. Kids enjoyed their stay, too.
