At first the room looked clean when we arrived. However, I moved the recliner over a little and a hypodermic needle was under it. It was the type used by diabetics and still in sterile package. I am glad I didn't have children with me to find it. The coffee service was not replenished in the rooms when they came to clean on second day. Our dirty towels and washcloths were still there and no new ones were left. Bed was made and some of the garbage had been removed. Reported it as we were leaving as we didn't have time on the first day because of appointments we had to keep. As for exit signs, they were low enough hanging from the ceiling that my husband hit his head on it on his way to go buy coffee.

The front desk staff was super friendly and was able to answer all my questions. The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and will be staying here again on our next trip to Columbus.

Location was super. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Only thing I was disappointed in pool not heated, thought it was going to be indoors.

If I were the manager of that hotel I would be looking for a new cleaning crew. The room and the hallways had an oder. The corners of the room needed avacumed and we couldn't tell if the sheets need changed or not. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel in the last 18 mounths and the fist time was preaty good or we would have never gone back. Guess what that was the last,too many others to chose from.

Room was clean and nice, however grounds arount the motel needed clean up badly, garbage at the entry ways, We even spotted a hypo needle laying the the parking lot

The staff were friendly. The room was clean. There is continental breakfast, but the hotel is adjacent to a Tim Horton's if you want a little more protein. The free wireless was initially good but failed later in the evening with poor signal strength. Liked that the wireless was encrypted, not merely password protected. Oh, and the room smelled REALLY STRONGLY of carpet fresh or something scented. If my wife had been there we would have left. It was starting to give me a headache. But it was half the price of some other places. The location: I was disappointed because when I saw "Airport" in the name I thought it was on site. It's really a 10 minute drive away.

This was a very comfortable and appealing room. The beds and pillows were great! This room was very appealing. The decor was nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. I would stay there again.

Exterior of the hotel is a bit worn and the surrounding area a bit economically depressed looking but room was comfortable and clean. Overall a great value.

Upon a very late night check-in I was told by the staff that the only way to my room was around the building to the second door. I had already parked and didn't realize I had to go to the BACK of the building. It was very dark and secluded and I did NOT feel safe at all. Yes I could have driven but from the way it was said, it sounded as if it was just outside and was THE ONLY way to the room. I came to find out the next morning that I could have stayed INSIDE the building to get to my room. As a woman and especially at that late time, I should have been given the option of walking to my room from within the hotel.

When we arrived at the hotelat 11 we could not check in. This disappointed me because our concert was in an hour.

This is the first time we have stayed at the La Quinta on Brice Road. Normally we stay at a different hotel, but it was booked. So I made reservations for my husband myself and six friends. We reserved three rooms. All the rooms were very clean and well kept. For an older hotel it looks great. The outside and inside of the hotel was in very good condition. All the staff was very pleasent to work with and the self serve breakfast was better then most hotels. From now on I will make my reservations at La Quinta in Reynoldsburg. We use to live in Reynoldsburg and return at least three times per year.

The La Quinta Colubus Hotel was close to the airport. Very clean rooms.The vanity area was separate from the bathroom which made it nice for two people to get ready in the morning. The continental breakfast was very good with a nice variety to choose from. Hotel staff was very helpful with directions, and checked to make sure that everything was ok with the room very soon after check in. This hotel is close to eaterys.

The walls were thin and you could hear in the room next door easily.
