	Date of Stay: February, 2008
The room had ants in it, the general upkeep of the motel was poor, and there were twenty plus cats that roamed the parking lot and dumpster areas. The clerk checking me in acted as if he was doing me a favor. I have stayed in a lot better places for a lot less money.

I agree with the one guys comment, all though our bed was excellent, pillows, perfect, the mold/mildew smell was not acceptable. Had to keep the window open the entire time there to help mask the smell. Upon my own personal inspection it seems the a/c unit in the wall had mold growing on the outlet portion. Other than the mold, its minutes walk away from the beach, grocery store, bars, dennys etc. Trolleys run there and there is a stop right there, just hop on and go to your destination. Would I stay again? Possibly, but I would dam well make sure that if I smelled that mold again, to get a new room.

Loud music from the sports bar rocked our room until 2 A.M resulting in very little sleep. Someone was lighting firecrackers in the starwell. We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out after one. The front desk was not apologetic about the sports bar or fireworks. There are better options in Cocoa Beach. We checked into a waterview room at Hampton Inn and it was only 10 more per night.

Nothing. Everything did not feel safe. The desk clerk was rude. The outdoor lighting poor. We had to park in a dark back alley and drag our luggage up stairs no where near our room. The were people standing in open door ways watching as you went by. Did not feel safe at all.

We have stayed at this hotel 2 times in the past 2 years. The service is great. The rooms are a great value. This hotel tkaes pets and we like to take our dogs with us for a weekend getaway. We saw lots of other folks with dogs. We liked the pool area and the pool bar was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Highspeed Internet is SLOW when it works at all, voice on phone lines is garbled even for local calls, A/C is only marginally adequate (inadequate), look elsewhere if you want value.

It was a good location even though it wasn't on the beach side. The common areas were very dirty and lacked maintenance, the carpet in our room smelled awful. There is no way this is a 2 1/2 star hotel.

We stayed here for one night before our Carnival Cruise. It was a great stop over. The staff also was very accomodating and assisted us with transportation to the port as well as free parking of our vehicle during the cruise! As always with a LaQuinta -- great breakfast.

Our room had intense mold and mildew smell. We turned on a/c and went to dinner. Came back & still intense mildew smell. Asked to be moved to another room but ""none available"". We left early the next morning, never to return to this hotel ever again. Serious air quality/health issues.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel considering the price I received on Priceline. The Continental breakfast was the BEST I ever had! I liked the hotel. It was clean. Good location. The continental breakfast was fantastic. I have never been to a hotel that offered so much for their breakfast. We had a 3 year old with us and she loved the pool. The Tiki bar was a nice surprise.

Very clean. Nice rooms. Great location. Breakfast bar very good with waffles but very busy! Breakfast area was very crowded both Friday and Saturday morning. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The rooms were especially large, clean and nice. Pool was great. Staff friendly. Good choice. We will return if we return to the area. This hotel was where the Mercury 7 stayed, but it didn't show it's age!

Front desk was very accomodating for example printing out our boarding passes. Breakfast was good, as well as free! Bathroom was small, and could have been cleaner. The staff were welcoming and gave us tips on best restaurants in the area.

Pretty clean, quiet, good price point. Rooms and facilities not veryattractive. Good Hotel if you just need a place to sleep in. Not a romantic place, but nice pool and great breakfast. Not a bad stay for the money, but if you want a better experience from the hotel itself, you need to choose a different hotel.
