The experience at the was great. Although, I wish we could have checked in an hour early after having been driving for nearly 30 hours. They were strick about the check in time.

First off, this hotel is less than 300 yards from the Phillies Spring training stadium. Your hotel will be overrun with crazy fans. Everyone checking in with me had their reservation lost or processed incorrectly. Their excuse was that the hotel was privately owned and the reservation system did not always process reservations correctly. They tried to place us in a smoking room. (We had printed reservations for non-smoking.) The only room they had left was a handicable room. I loved the 3 inch extender under the toilet seat that smelled heavily of urine. The shower had a wand with the water pressure equilivence of hose with a car parked on top of it. This hotel has been purhased and re-fitted to be a LaQuinta. The beds must have been from the previous ownership. HAAARD!!!! It has the old fashioned sliding doors leading to the parking lot. I was more than a little concerned about this tiny antiquated lock keeping the local homeless out of my room. The air conditioner continually developed ice pieces that rattled around the blower keeping us up all night. We could either sweat all night or sleep with pillows over our heads. Did I mention that our room was attached to the entrance to the building? Bam! One o'clock in the morning! Bam! One fifteen! Bam! Bam! Bam! They have a terrible continental breakfast. It is in the front of the building. Don't worry, you will burn off enough calories marching from the second building to the front and back again. Please do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. Even if you have a pet. Pay the extra $15.00. You will be glad that you did. And I love La Quinta. This was just a horrible hotel and experience.

We have stayed in a suite in this hotel before and it was nice. However, this last time we went the room we got was clean, but it had a humid smell that was pretty strong. Other than that everything else was fine.

We got in late that evening after driving over ten hours. Our first room had ants crawling on the fridge. We asked for another room. Since they only had one person at the front desk, we had to get the new room key ourselves. I got into the second room and there were some kind of bug like a nat/flea crawling in the bathroom sink area and shower area. I didn't want to move again so I called the maintenance guy who came into spray. I was planning to contact you but forgot since it was not a business or vacation trip, but a trip to a funeral. The manager was suppose to contact you so you knew i had problems. I have traveled for work and business for more than 25 of my adult years. I had only encoutered bugs ONE time before. So this was just a bad experience during a difficult time.

This property was ok, nothing outstanding, A lot of locals appears to be staying there for shelter reasons. Would not recommend if you want a vacation or resort setting.

Close to Bright house Field, US 19, pass for La fitness. Internet didn't work well the first day.

This is a great location for business or leisure. Several restaurants adjacent and a giant hot tub and pool. I could kick back and relax or just cath up on some much needed paperwork at night. Two thumbs up!!

Room clean and spacy. Halls neat and clean, lobby nice, staff great. Breakfast room light and spacy, several tables, nice selections and didn't seem to run out. Lower levels have patio. Upper levels have balcony. Lots of free parking, close to major highway. Mall across the street. Restaurants very close, one within walking distance. Free wireless internet, seemed to work well. I would stay there again without reservation.

Breakfast wasgood, staff wasaware of area. Pool was not heated, no exercise room. The room we had stunk from dog smell and the place to do your laundry was disgusting. It certainly doesn’t look appealing and hygienic when 2 big dogs 4 kids 2 seniors come out of one room.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beaches. Some of the rooms smell like smoke, the shower heads are weak and water gathers in the bathtub; however, the staff is friendly and accommodating should these things happen. Overall, the rooms and facilities are clean. They also have a nice pool.

The LaQuinta was easy to find from the Tampa Intl Airport. I requested a first floor room in the back (opposite the highway) and was given one in the back with a sliding door to the pool area. The room was very large and clean. Many restaurants were nearby. Try Lennie's within walking distance of the hotel for a real treat for breakfast. It was a little far from where we were visiting family in Indian Rocks Beach, but was close to major highways we needed to use. On the down side, the suitcase stand was broken, so we had to use a chair in the room. And there was a water leak from the ceiling at the entrance door from outside, which created a hazard on the floor. It was cleaned up and fixed within a day.

Location, room cleans, good breakfasts, helpful customer service. The restroom in the area of the spa was not clean ever. The customer service representatives were very helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Nice to be able to use a spa and pool. The rooms were moderate and clean. Did not have any problems and when we did need anything they provide us with what we need it. It was a good experience.

The hotel was very nice, spacious and close to other attraction. I plan to stay at this hotel again next year. All was great! The hotel price is reasonable. I was thinking that it was not going to be a good hotel to stay in. I was really surprise to find the quality of the hotel.
