Had refrigerator in the room.

I visit Caldwell 3 or 4 times a year. There are only two hotels in Caldwell, and this is the better. The facility is modern, staff is courteous, beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, breakfast is minimal but acceptable, and kids enjoy the pool. Slight musty scent in public areas and many pigeons are only complaints.

Absolutely nothing. Looked like a roach haven. Worst hotel in Boise.

Close to freeway. Pool was broken. Met my expectations, good breakfast, comfortable beds andvery clean.

Check out time at noon love that. Room was dirty and pool was like ice. I would not return backas the hotel room was dirty and the pool was suppose to be heated and was not.

Hot shower. People smoking pot on the property. In comparison to similar hotels, the price was not competitive.

Met our needs and we were comfortable. Ice machine was broken on our floor. We were very happy with our stay and would choose La Quinta again.

Staff was courteous and helpful and pool/hot tub open 24/7. Nothing it met my expectations. Hotel was clean, pool open 24/7, and has laundry service.

Nice pool/hot tub area. Not good sound insulation; smoking areas make whole place smell. Not bad for the price. Rooms very small. Good central location.

Convenient. Poor quality. I didn't like it. We were charged an extra fee for a room with two beds. The carpet probably needs to be replaced as there is an odor in the motel. The lower floor is partially below ground, so it feels like you're staying in a basement. It's an older facility and it shows.

Nothing. Dirty unkempt rooms. We are normally pleased with the hotels that we get but this one disgusted us a bit. Our children's feet were dirty from walking on the floor, so we all kept our shoes on at all times. I never heard the vacuum cleaner being used and I was there for most of the day, when the rooms should be cleaned. Atmosphere was not good and I was very disappointed for the amount that we paid for this room. We should have paid more than $30 for this room, and I still don't think we would have stayed there. Might want to let them know to keep up the hotel and the grounds around it. Scary!

Rooms are spacious; good king size bed. Someone my husband thought was an owner or manager spouted disagreeable politics in breakfast room. Spacious room, king size bed, good selection of cable TV channels. Tissues and toilet paper so rough they seemed just cut off the tree. Good Continental Breakfast, but that experience was lessened when the waitress and a man who may have been an owner/manager (my husband's opinion) or just another guest (my opinion) started sharing their political views out loud in a way that was offensive to us.

It was very nice and clean. It was great. No complaints. Staff was very efficient. The room was kept nicely and very clean. I will stay again if I need a place to stay. The staff needs to be congratulated for a job well done.

Free continental breakfast, with good selection of food. Clean, comfortable room of reasonable size. Had to pay $21 for a 2nd bed. TV channel list did not match actual channels. Hotel is only a stone's throw from the freeway. Size of room is more than adequate. Continental breakfast made this an even bigger bargain. Only complaint is that we were charged $21 for the extra bed. Check-in process took a long time.

nice staff little rundown great place to stay

Great location off the Freeway, Staff Friendly, Breakfast Good.
Date of Stay:
April, 2005
Clean accomodations, friendly staff, excellent breakfast no elevator; sink drain would not open The breakfast was outstanding mainly because of the Belgian waffle irons and tasty batter available so you could do it yourself. Hauling our luggage up the double flight of stairs was hard for us with Arthritis and there was nothing available at street level.

close to freeway-staff was friendly quite a few outside stairs - wood - slippery room was comfortable and liked the bathroom - dressing arrangement. Appreciated the bathroom fan for ventilation. Clean. Not too run down.
