60 employees from Conn's have stayed in this hotel last week. After numerous complaints, were told we would get moved to a different hotel. This hotel still has hurricane damage and should be closed. The rooms are nasty, there are rodents in the rooms, holes in the walls, dark and unsafe parking lot, and mold and mildew in many rooms. There is water damage in most of the rooms and the breakfast consists of toast and bagels with little condiments. The linens are tattered and appear soiled. I will not walk anywhere in hotel w/o shoes. I even wear flip flops in shower and no, i do not have a germ phobia. There were hairs in the bathroom when I checked in. DO NOT stay at this hotel!!!

Very disappointed in this LaQuinta.. I have stayed at many LaQunitas over the years and this is by far the worst as far as security and cleanliness. We saw the pictures online and when we arrived at night we couldn't believe this was the same place. Upon arriving at our room we were surrounded by unruly guests hanging outside in the halls coming and going blaring music from their cars and yelling across the parking lot. We were watched closely by the surrounding crowds as we tried to enter our room- however the key didn't work! We went back to the front office and requested a different room on the other side of the hotel. However, entering the room the disappointment continued with a very dirty room.

A very friendly staff greets you. The rooms are very comfortable and well kept-up. Close to many amenities such as shopping and dining. This hotel also provides good internet access with a strong signal in our room. We would highly recommend also if you travel with small pets, as they are allowed. The rooms still smell fresh, regardless of the allowance of pets.

A very good convient hotel that was everything I expected. It was convienient and the employees were most helpful and pleasant, I would not hesitate to stay here again or reccommend this hotel.

First, this is not the hotel we actually booked, we asked for La Quinta on Walden Road, and when we arrived there were told that our reservation was at their "other" location, which turned out to be this one located on I-10. We aksed to change to the Walden Road location, but were told they were full because Bill Clinton was in town. The room was small and dirty. We were so tired from a full day of traveling, we gave in and stayed one night, as we were actually booked to stay four. The shower was dark and dirty, the floors, both carpet and tile were dirty, and the tile was sticky. Towels were tattered and they left only one wash cloth for us. When you laid in bed, you could see behind the night stand, which looked as if it had never been cleaned. Bed linens appeared dirty or stained. The parking lot was DARK and this hotel is located in a bad part of town. We would not stay here again.

This was a nice hotel for a pet friendly hotel. Very accomadating and a nice breakfast bar with waffles(the really good ones that they supply the batter and you make it on their waffle maker, Yummm), cereals, bagels, juices, milk and coffee. Right off the expressway, but room was quiet. I would definitely stay again. Thank you LaQuinta for accepting dogs. It can be difficult to find hotels that accept dogs, and we were evacuating from Hurricane Ike and on our way to Mississippi. It's such a relief to know we could all be safe.

Check in went well. Loud, unruly guest until 3 am If u like drunk go here! House keeping is lacking. Lots of drunks, security could not control.

This is an older hotel but has been remodeled. The staff was excellent with quick check-in and in the morning they worked hard to keep the Continental breakfast well stocked. The location is central with easy access. The road noise from I-10 was very loud and continued all night, for this reason I would not stay here again. The parking area has only adequate lighting and does not have a secure feeling.

The La Quinta Inn Midtown, Beaumomt, Texas is great place to stay. It is centrally located near Beaumont and offers good accessibility to the attractions in the area. There several good eating places nearby. The rooms are comfortabland wll kept. The staff is friendly and courteous. I would stay there again, if in the area.

Air conditioner worked great! Dirty. The hotel looked awful on the outside water was running out of the air conditioner on the walkway before entering our room. Not only was the bathroom extremely small the floors in the bathroom were dirty. Continental breakfast was awful. My coffee cup was filled with coffee grinds. The lobby had an awful smell. At check out the front desk clerk could not produce a check-out receipt, the printer was broken. I will not stay at this LaQuinta again.

We travel a lot and it's difficult to find a good inexpensive hotel.We looked for hotel close to our buisness meeting and La Quinta was not only close but very easy to get to. When we arrived the young man at the front desk was very polite and helpful. I had forgotten my razor and he was very helpful and provided one for me. We had one of the best nights sleep on a very conforable bed. Then the shower... it was so refreshing to be able to take a shower without having to run around the tub trying to catch a few drops of water dripping from the shower head... in fact the pressure was so good I actually broke into song.Breakfast was good too.We had a great night and we were refreshed and ready for our meeting. Thanks La QuintaThe price... wow! Booked it on line... what a great price!

The hotel was kind of in the middle of the town which gave us quick access to many different places. It was very clean, had a huge tub, a refrigerator (which is very convenient in the summer months), and the staff went out of their way to accomodate us.

Friendly staff. Hard to get to, lots of outside noise. The exit to get to this hotel should be listed, as we missed it and had to drive for at least 5 minutes to turn around and take the right exit. Sounds from outside (sirens, talking, and train noises) came through quite clearly and loudly. Nothing was special about this hotel. In fact, we stay at a La Quinta in Eagle Pass quite often that is a lower tier and fewer points for a free room, and is actually a better quality hotel.

Don't plan on eating breakfast at this hotel. Limited amount of items & selection. Syrup bottle put out empty and said they didnt have more. Must only get one bottle of month. We were there early and there was NO WAY that much syrup was used before we got there. Hotel staff not very friendly.

It met our immediate needs. Was clean and inexpensive Was next to the freeway and you could hear the traffic. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a fairly inexpensive place to stay, this is worth looking into. Room includes continental breakfast. It is very close to the freeway, which makes it pretty easy to locate and near restaurants, but you will hear the freeway noise. With the bathroom fan on and the AC on, it helped with the noise. Cleaning staff picked up our room and placed our loose change back up on the table. Nothing was missing. Appreciate the honesty! Will consider this establishment if we return.

Nothing. Run down hotel. The city does not have many hotel above 2 stars, was hoping to get a better quality. Ended up with a run down facility in an area I did not feel safe in. The key did not work in our first room, was put in a smoking room when the place looked totally empty! Very scary!

Clean, hassle free and well located. Pine smell too strong, takes you breath away. Good for a 1 or 2 star rating, an older hotel with wear and tear noticable.
