Me and my fiance checked in late (11PM) but were given no problems, the lady at the front desk (who by the way was very nice) gave us our keys and we were on our way. As we opened the door we noticed that there other peoples stuff in our room and there were people sleeping! We went back to the front desk to let them know, and I was told that my room was given to another guest. What was even worse was that the hotel was booked and only had 2 smoking rooms available. Since we had little other choice with it being so late, the woman at the desk let us check out the smoking rooms to see if we would be willing to stay in one of them instead. Luckily the 2nd room did not smell bad so we decided to stay there. When I went back down to the front desk to let them know we would take the room, they looked up my reservation on the computer (which apparently they don't do since they print out all of their reservations beforehand) and noticed that I was assigned a room that was different from the one I was first given. We checked out that room and it was the correct room type that we had reserved, and it was unoccupied! It was quite frustrating and we were tired which did not help, however as I said before the woman at the front desk (unfortunately I forgot her name) was very nice about it and said they would be discounting my reservation. I doubt I will ever see the discount but oh well, the initial rate wasn't that bad. They seem to be somewhat disorganized so make sure you can check in early just in case problems arise.

Loved thefree breakfast and the pool was wonderful! Front desk rep was rude and breakfast lady was not friendly. Great great value for the price! Highly recommended!

Located right off interstate, very pleasant and helpful staff especially when checking in late. Room was very comfortable. New lower price accomodation was great value. Free breakfast had nice selection of tasty food.

Quiet and clean except the pool. Waited at least 10 minutes in lobby to try to check in. Front desk staff was friendly when available. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was too warm and did not smell clean, water was cloudy and had stuff floating on top.

the La Quinta Inn Mansfield, Mansfield, Ohio has been our over night stay of choice as we travel through this area of Ohio. Both times we stayed here upon our late arrival the staff has been most friendly and accommodating which is refreshing after many hours of travel. The hotel is clean, access is convenient and the continental breakfast is very good. We will stay here in the future.

Location - close to interstate, shopping and food. Mattresses were a little hard. Great for an overnight stay along the interstate. Located in walking distance of a Wal-Mart, Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, and a gas station - what more do you need? Pool was nice and relaxing, too.

Consistently comfortable rooms, free parking, free wireless internet. Housekeeping is very poor--food on room floor, crumbs on nightstand, poor attention to detail. Nice breakfast in morning, good value for money. Housekeeping did not properly clean floor or furniture of room, however.

Unhelpful staff, dirty room. Difficult to locate after you leave the hiway, Very noisy I was up past 2am because of the noise, which was from the other rooms. The breakfast bar was empty at 07.30 I would not stay there again.

Very clean, nice facilities, good location to skiing. Evening staff was curt, not very helpful. Nice hotel, very clean, but they gave me a king bed when I specifically asked (and was guaranteed) a room with 2 double beds. The evening clerk was no help, and there were problems with the motel computer.

Clean and quiet and comfortable. Motel was right off of a major interstate with numerous places to eat and shop all pretty much within walking distance. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

My top priority - the rooms were very clean. The desk clerk at check out didn't smile and wasn't nice. The rooms were very clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a very convenient location - meals and shopping within walking distance. Made the walk up the hill to the Dairy Bar for a Buckeye Sundae!

Good variety for breakfast. Internet access kept going offline. Had to call tech support several times. Breakfast was very good with allot of variety. The high speed internet kept kicking me off & I had to call tech support several times. Other than that, it was a good stay. Very clean and friendly staff.
