The room was very clean. The staff extremely friendly. I would have liked to see two chairs at the desk instead of one, but was able to move an armchair over. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was fine and clean as well. There was nothing extraordinary about this room, but as I was not expected to be in it much, I was not looking for extraordinary. It was exactly what I wanted and would stay there again.

Good sized room. Good breakfast selection and clean areas; breakfast supplies maintained. Room service missed our room one day (not Thanksgiving day). Nice large rooms, good breakfast bar, conveniently located close to I-94 but traffic noise not a problem.

The hotel was very nicely appointed and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was close enough to Navy base for boot camp graduation.

The free broadband internet is great. Also, free access to the College Park Athletic Club is a HUGE plus. Proximity to 94 and other highways make it easy to get to everything and it is very close to many fine public golf courses.

The hotel was very clean-- except the pool. The pool and hot tub seemed cloudy. The only problem was : I made reservations one month before arrival and called the day before leaving. Even with a confirmation number, they told me they lost my reservation and instead of guaranteed promise of two standard beds, I could have one king size bed- which does note work with a grandma, mother and daughter. It honestly took 20 minutes on the phone until the manager found my reservation. Once we were there, it was excellent.

Upon arrival at La Quinta,North Shore Chicago, we were hoping to enjoy the hot tub and pool. No luck, it was closed till saturday. So we went out to pick up some food for our room. Bad idea...our frig was broken. Called front desk to report. They would send someone up. Meanwhile, tried to use WiFi. It was down. Called front desk and they said I had to call their vendor!!! So I did...got it working within an hour. Seems to me they should have taken care of calling THEIR vendor...not me. Still no repair person so I called and postponed the repair till the morning so I could go to bed. Was gone during the day on Friday and returned with fixed frig and burnt out bulbs replaced as requested! However...same problem with WiFi. Again, took an hour to fix. Saturday checkout...reseptionist didn't bother to ask about my stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The front desk staff was helpful with directions. Beds were comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. The pool area and hot tub were wonderful!

The staff was wonderful. Very hard - wish the room doors reached floor to muffle hallway noise. From the moment we entered the lobby - the staff could not do enough to accommodate our every need. The pool was clean and inviting. Breakfast was wonderful - the only issues that we had (and both were very minor) was the door to the hallway had a large crack underneath so you could hear people (but while sleeping hotel was very quiet) and then we did our laundry and the washer did not do a great job and the dryer took a long time to dry (each were $1.50 every start). We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting place to stay.

Large room, nice furnishings with fridge & microwave, warm water in pool. Great continental breakfast. There was nothing we didn't like. This was a GREAT place to stay. The pool was warm & clean. The room was nicely decorated with comfortable beds. We would want to get this place to stay at again. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Public computer. The pool area and the laundry room were very hot if this is the La Quinta. If this is the Hyatt they don't have luggage carts readily available. I would go there again.

The hotel was great for children. Pool open 24 hours and children play area. Nothing. The La Quinta was a great experience. Quiet and secluded location that was close to everything. Staff was great and the rooms were beyond expectations. Very clean and comfortable. Traveling with small children can be a challenge, but this hotel made it very enjoyable. The rooms were decorated very modern and tasteful. Highly recommend this hotel!

Room was spacious and very clean. Fitness room has only cardio machines, no weights. The spacious room with a comfortable bed was well appointed and clean. Basic soap was supplied; no luxury items so bring your own products if you enjoy quality toiletries. The staff answered questions but did not supply any information upon check in, i.e. times for breakfast, directions to the pool, etc. Breakfast was fine as long as you are not watching sugar or carbohydrates.

The rooms are big, I like that. Just one elevator. The hotel is ok, but the zone is not commercial, if you don't have car, there is nothing like restaurants or stores near from the hotel. Maybe would be good if you have a shuttle to take you to the mall.

Price first, staff and overall experience. Hotels that offer king beds should offer 4 pillows. Wonderful place for us. Had 3 rooms in our group, 2 rooms with kids. Was a great place to stay and not too for from six flags.

Hospitality and mainly the price! There was nothing I didn't like! This was a great hotel for the money! Very nice and nice big rooms. We have a family of 5, ages from 2 to 8yrs old and there was more then enough room for all of us! Pool was open 24 hours which was very nice after a day at great America to soak in the hot tub! Would recommend this hotel!

The suite was nice and roomy. Paper products were rough. I think this is unfair of you to have advertised the best prices as you do, and then for us to find out otherwise.

Location. Stuck in a smoking room --- 1 star attitude! The hotel here would not switch even though there were rooms plainly available. In spite of my office having 10 people using your services each month in the past, we are quickly tiring of inferior accommodations and run around upon arrival.
