The shuttle ride was a nightmare. She took us on a 20 minute ride through the bowels of the airport because she didn't want to get on the freeway. It should have taken 5 minutes. This hotel is pretty old but seemed clean. One night was okay, but I wouldn't want to stay for an extended time.

Great location and free ride to the airport. There were more passengers and luggage than could fit in one van and the hotel had 2 ready with no wait! Very courteous.

We reserved this hotel because of the rate, convenient location to the airport and free, early morning shuttle. Very clean and inviting hotel lobby; Because of a front staff error upon check in, we were given a free room for the night. The room was clean and fresh. Wake up call was on time as requested. We have reserved this hotel several times since.

wow where do i start... this hotel is horrific!!!! i went with 3 of my friends for the weekend to party at pleasure island and i had the worst time ever!!! the service at the hotel was terrible and i felt that no one cared about me as a customer... the bed was uncomfortable and the housekeeping lady came only for the first day.. im currently working on getting my money reimburst and they dont even want to do that!! i read the ratings and i thought it cant be that bad but it was!!!!! im a very un happy customer and this hotel is a no go!!!!!!!!!!!

The pillows, that's about it. The carpet was wet and the place smelled like mildew. The shuttle in the morning wasnot organized. For the price of $40, I guess you get what you pay for. I did not feel safe, the room smelled terrible, the carpet was wet and you definitely needed to wear shoes. The shuttle service in the morning was very unorganized.

The only thing good about this motel is that it is close to the airport. It is in need of a major facelift of the rooms and deoderizing. Don't be fooled when you see a packed parking lot and think this must be a great place. They rent the parking space to people using the airport. This place is a better parking lot than a motel.

The most important feature is a comfortable bed - we have both had back surgery and need a firm but not stiff bed - this one was very comfortable and I will stay at La Quinta's again! Also, the shuttle to the airport was a must. It is not within walking distance to a choice of restaurants if you wanted that feature. We were looking for a good night's sleep and I gave it 5 stars because this was it!

Very safe and friendly hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. We felt very safe. The room was very clean and it was very quiet. We didn't have any problems at all. We will stay again.

The rooms are clean and they offer a pretty good continental breakfast. The only thing is that we got 1 of the 3 rooms right by the smoking area. They were non-smoking rooms but every time someone smoked we could smell it. Maybe the smoking section could be put by smoking rooms???

One of the typical La Quinta hotels. Personel quite nice, the rooms quite comforable. The building was not new so the age was noticeable. Breakfast did not surpriced me, just coffee and muffins. If you want to visid Universal Studio this is great location for resonable price.

I would not stay here again under any circumstance. The room smelled horrible and was generally dirty. The outside areas were dark, creepy, and unsafe. Someone actually tried to BREAK IN to my room at 2am. Staff unresponsive.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle provided by the hotel. The front desk was very helpful and let us check in very early. However, the room was not up to par. We walked in to a musty smelling room that looked like it had not been used in a while. The bathroom was dingy and we were afraid to sleep on the beds for fear of bed bugs. Luckily we didn't take any of those critters home. So we got what we paid for. Pros: Free Airport Shuttle Friendly Service Proximity to airport Cons: Hotel rooms need to be updated, dingy and musty.

The pool was dirty, the room was very dated and the doors did not seem secure. This hotel needs a lot of updating and needs a lot more secure doors since they open to the outside.

We wanted a hotel near the airport, and La Quinta was a great location, since we were droping off our rental that was around the corner. Is close by to dinning spots and shops as well. I truly recommend this hotel.

I had stayed at this hotel at least two times before and knew what to expect. It was chosen on this trip because of its location; close to the area I needed to be and w/in walking distance of a conv. store and a fast food restuarant.Anything else was an easy drive usu within 2-3 miles.The hotel overall is beginning to show its age but the staff is friendly and seem to care about the property. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast is adequate. Airport shuttle runs til 11pm. A good value if you don't have to be in the middle of everything that's in Orlando. I'll probably stay here again.

Very comfortable bed. Right in the airplane flight path very loud. Was a clean hotel nothing fancy at all, I wanted to be close to the airport to pick up my brother who was flying in to meet me in Orlando for a business trip, the hotel was near the airport but it was in the flight path of the landing planes so when a plane came in to land it was right over the hotel and it was very loud, But the bed was very comfortable.
