I have stayed at other La Quinta's and they have been very nice. I think this could be a nice place if it was cleaned up a bit. The carpet was so dirty my socks looked like I had been in he mud. I wore my flip flops all of the time I was in the room. There was mold in the shower. over all the room was not clean. Our check in was quick and the people at the front desk were ok not real friendly. I would not stay here again

We got in late but the night person was very friendly and helpful. During breakfast, one of the ladies asked if we needed anything else as she was putting up all the items. She was very helpful to a gentleman and his young son. She asked everyone if they needed anything before she put things up. Very impressed with the staff.

The hotel was amazing no complaints at all!

It started with a long, long wait to get checked in and went downhill from there. We did not get the room type we reserved (king bed), but instead were given 2 full beds. Carpet was so dirty it seemed to crunch under foot. The air conditioning didn't work. We called maintenance who said "Yea, I tell the managment these systems don't work but they don't care enough to do anything about it". Door did not properly latch so I was fearful all night that someone would walk in. Pool was murky, you couldn't see the bottom. Bugs in the bathroom. I stripped the beds, didn't find bugs there but still was fearful. Breakfast: brown bananas, white bread to make toast, cereal with warm milk, packaged muffins. I informed corporate office of my bad experience. They apologized and gave me a voucher for a free night's stay...they must be kidding...anybody want a voucher??

It was so cold that night that the ice dispenser was shut off and I was not told about that. A business traveler if not discerning would be OK but I would not bring my children here.

The hotel, grounds were very clean and the staff was great. This is not a quiet hotel. The room was very clean but somewhat outdated. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The pool was nice but could use a little updating.

I stayed with this hotel because most of the La Quintas that I have been to were decent or very good hotels. Additionally my sister was supposed to join me and arrive before me via airplane, so I wanted a hotel with a shuttle service. I shouldn't have tried to save her money with a shuttle service. This hotel is underpar with the rest of the La Quintas that I have stayed in. The bed was like a fold out cot in terms of comfort. It seems to be in need of renovations. I haven't lived in the OKC area for nearly 10 years now and the side of town that it's on is not the best. It's definitely not the worst side of town, but it's not the good side either. Especially considering the price I paid for this hotel, I feel I definitely overpaid for the quality I received in return. There is no way I would rate this as a 3 star hotel, maybe 2, but not a 3.

The La Quinta OKC Airport looked good from the outside. But once I got inside, my view changed. the front desk was small and the exposed areas behind were clutterred, The poorly dressed female clerk took a while to notice me standing i front of her, and once did I found she was not well-informed about the hotel or the area. When I asked to make an appointment for the airport shuttle at 4:45 am, she informed me the hotel no longer paid for that service between 11 pm - 7 am. When I asked why, she didn't know. When I got to my room, things seemed OK. But then I saw the drapes were vitually fally apart, and behind one was the last guests soda. The restaurant was in the smoky bar. But the bartender was nice and the food was good. I left a 4 am wake-up call, but given my previous experience, set the alarm. That is, after changing theclock back to CST, which had occurred 3 weeks prior.

Location, attractive lobby. Sink was stopped up & sheets were paper thin. Fine for a night or 2. Very reasonable & clean.

Obviously this is a very old place that they stuck some new paint on and called it upgraded...the paint is pretty filthy now. The pool was green even though it was very warm when we were there. The bed was horrible. There was a such a gap under the door that we had crickets in the room each night. The door was in poor repair and stuck when opening and closing. The area is full of nice hotels...this is not a good choice at all.

Lobby was inviting. Not clean, rude staff. First off, the desk clerk gave us the wrong room number for our key. We found this out after we'd already lugged our bags up the stairs. (no elevator) When I went down and told her the key didn't work she laughed and said she told us the wrong room number and wrong building. When I told her we'd already moved all our luggage upstairs, she laughed again and told me we'd better move it back down. When we finally got to the room the tub was full of water. The pool was dirty. Clean towels at pool looked disgusting. Then during breakfast the desk staff were dropping the F bomb right and left around all the families eating. Nice.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! We got an excellent rate and was excited about our stay. Staff was RUDE, rooms were NASTY, bathtubs had mold and smelled HORRIBLE. I wouldn't stay there again if THEY paid me! La Quinta should be ashamed their name is on this particular hotel!

When we arrived in the room, there were not enough towels. We had to search for our own only to be told that they were temporarily out of towels. The complimentary shampoo had been opened and was 1/2 used. There was mildew on the shower curtain. I was not impressed with the room. The pool was clean but the pool towels were extremely tired and the colors were worn and spotted with bleach. The business center consisted of one computer that was always busy and very difficult to get on.

Clean. Needs to remodel. I loved the public areas of the facility. The rooms were a little dated.

"Never been to this area; but have stayed with this chain before and boy was I in for a rude awakening. They were over 30 minutes late picking me up at the airport and then they put me (alone woman) in the very far room on the end of a dark side. Very scared... When I checked in they asked me out loud in front of other customers if I was checking in alone, then confirmed it again with how many keys would I need, was I expecting anybody later?Just a place to stay over-night - sure found better places to stay surrounding there....better for next time."

Practically nothing in this room had been changed since 1985. There was mildew in the shower. (How about bleaching it} Cigarette burns all over the place in a non-smoking room. And I had to wear my flip-flops all the time so that my feet would not turn pitch black. Front desk person was very nice and helpful though.

Friendly, clean and easy to get to. Over allI was very happy with my stay at this hotel.
