Comfortable & clean. Breakfast was good, They went way out of their way to correct a minor problem.

Selected because the breakfast is ready at 4:00AM. Breakfast was great. The room was noisy due to ice and vending machines immediately outside. Hall noise from guests was excessive (very long hallway + lots of foot traffic) until 10:00PM. Older property. Limited TV channels.

stayed less than 8 hours. Room noisy. By the vending machines - too tired to ask to be moved. Very friendly staff and great drivers of shuttle service

Accomodating, continental breakfast clean, shuttle service to airport. The evening desk person was very friendly and helped get accommodations on the ground floor. Shuttle service to the airport was prompt and driver friendly.

We picked this hotel for the airport shuttle and the fact it was the best price in the area. The staff was great. The van took us to the airport at 5 in the morning. breakfast was out by 4 so we could eat. the room had in room movies..the kids played the nintendo. The did not have a business center, but the front desk printed my tickets.it wasn't disney world , but it was a great hotel for the price and great location..

got to the hotel late and tried to put in for shuttle service the next morning to get to the airport as promised and the shuttle was full..was not able to leave my car at the hotel..was so frustrated and mad

My pick up for the airport was an hour after the normal check out time and the staff at the desk extended my check out so I would not need to wait in the lobby. Additionally, when I wanted a cup of coffee after the normal breakfast hours, the staff quickly produced another pot of coffee and asked if I needed anything else. Very friendly service.

The front desk staff at 11:00 pm was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel did not have an elevator. This would be difficult for older or disabled travelers.

Grout had a lot of mildew, the drain cover wouldn't stay open, the shower head was a joke, the phones, the light switches were all dirty. Luckily we travel with a tub of Clorox wipes and wiped everything before using. Maid service is on request - you have to put a door hanger on your door for service. Bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet. Note - we had a late check in (2am), and they were preping for breakfast when we arrived. Breakfast starts at 4am, and the waffle mixes were already out - be aware that the mix has been out for several hours before breakfast starts.

Several years ago I stayed in a La Quinta in San Diego and was impressed. This Indy location is not impressive and I will never return. They said that they have high speed internet but they don't. I'd go back to the San Diego hotel but never the Indy location.

The entrance to the hotel had a bad smell. After getting through the entrance the La Quinta Hotel felt unclean. The sink and shower were in bad need of repair. The best thing about this hotel is the fact that is was very close to the airport. I will not stay at another La Quinta hotel.

The staff was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. Their computer was out of order but the staff allowed me to use the desk computer for personal reasons. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Another bonus was that breakfast was complimentary.

Free breakfast. Not much on the menu. Room was adequately clean. Toilet leaked water on floor. Staff looked at it but made no attempt to fix it. Said I would need to move but offered no further direction. I stayed and tolerated the leak. Breakfast was adequate but not much of a variety. No fresh donuts.

The front desk person was very friendly. It was a bit confusing having 2 La Quintas so close to each other. We were only there for a short stay, someplace to lay our head while awaiting our flight. It was great for this purpose.
