Breakfast was fairly good, but there was no milk available for cereal. Soda pop was in bottles only. Should be in cans as well. No phone in our room. TV remote did not work. Looks nice, attractive setting. At 4 am the fire alarm sounded, and it was entirely loud! We asked for a wakeup call. When we got in the room, there was no phone. Luckily we woke up on our own. Instructions for plugging the drain in the tub were very clunky indeed. It said, touch toe to close, touch toe to open.

My wife and I found the staff very helpful and room clean. I was disappointed in the breakfast, but that was because it did not offer enough variety it was not due to it being bad. I would for sure stay again on my next trip to Indianapolis

Fine place except: Breakfast does not start until 6am which us not good for those taking early flights. There are no sidewalks or street lights as one walks to the nearest dining establishments.

The room we had was very dirty.The refrigerator had not been cleaned. There was still food in it. The floor had not been cleaned.My daughter and grandson had to fly out early the next day.We would have gone to another hotel if that had not been the case. There was a convention in town and all the other hotels were full. We will not stay at this hotel again.

We did not like the bed and pillows. And we were told that there would be bagels and muffins out before our 4:05 am shuttle to the air port because there were so many people going at that time. They put 15 people on this small shuttle luggage all up and down the isle and I had to stand.

The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Didn't leave new soap/shampoo for second day. The room was good. Not fancy but clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

my g/f and I stayed here for one night and two days during speed week for the Indianapolis 500. Even though we did not spend much time at the hotel itself to be able to rate all it's amenities, what we did experience was very curtious service, location convience, and clean rooms. What the room did not have was a small fridge and microwave, which in this day and age of convience has become more common in comparable hotels. I also found that if I had used my AAA card I could have gotten the same room at a $3 cheaper price than Orbitz offers, but the $25 cancellation fee made it a moot point.

Clean, Convenient to the Airport, comfortable. We needed a hotel close to the airport because we had a very early flight. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Suited our purpose.

Nice hotel very close to Indiapolis airport. Night staff was extremely friendly. Nice continental breakfast available 1st thing in the morning too. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

It was easy to get to from the airport and in a safe neighborhood. It wasn't really near anything but a gas station. Fine for a few nights when you don't plan to spend any time in the room. It was clean and safe and the bed was okay. Great for business traveling or staying if you have lots planned to do elsewhere.

Needed to stay one night by the airport and this hotel was well priced. No food available (other than takeout pizza). Room was a bit small and noisy from other guests. Morning shuttle bus was great. For a quick night by the airport at a reasonable price, this hotel is just fine.

Quiet. For a brief overnight stay near the airport, it was fine. The room keys didn't work but the front desk quickly assigned us the room next door. The room was clean and I'd stay here again.

The carpet always felt damp over our 4 day stay. The hotel staff said that we must have had the AC on too cold. We turned it off when leaving one morning and the room was even more humid when we returned that evening. There is something wrong with this building. Pick another hotel.

hotel provided shuttle service to airport. fast! pick up when we returned. prompt and friendly. handy location for airport and staff was always helpful ( with directions)
