Staff was unprofessional; hotel was noisy; I was given a smoking room when I don't smoke. The hotel was run down, the staff was unprofessional: not wearing an uniform, just street close. The staff was openly checking me out and as a single female traveler I felt very uncomfortable. I was only there for a very short night, thankfully and will not return to this hotel!

Efficient shuttle service. Room was not clean. Airport close to hotel and shuttle service to and from airport was efficient and friendly. Hotel room was dirty and had a horrible odor. Have no desire to stay there again.

The rooms were nice n clean. We reached at the hotel late at night and requested for a crib. It was arranged for us without any delays!The staff is very understanding. The only thing they need to improve on is the spacing of the tables and chairs in the Breakfast area!Overall, I had a gr8 experience in this hotel and worth the price!!!

All employees were very friendly & helpful. The facility was close to the airport and public transportation to all Cleveland area - Bought train pass and returned rental car second day.

Everything was nice, thank you. The only problem and this is a BIG ONE: There were two BLACK CURLY Q's of someone else hair left on the toilet seat/bathroom sink. Yuk! The room had a slight odor. I would stay again and again. But this time I would drag the cover off the bed, spray the toilet seat, sinks with cleaner.

Any La Quinta has good locations for my purposes, am buffet is good, $$$ for value very good.

The La Quinta near the airport was very convenient for getting to the airport. the 24 hour shuttle made it easy to get there.

No complaints about this hotel. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, quiet and spacious (we stayed in a King). Location, however, did concern me. It is located right next to an RTA train lot and while the hotel and parking lot were fenced in, the signs on the fence stating that the hotel is not responsible for missing vehicles made me question the safety of the area (since I had never been to Cleveland). However, I'm releived to say that the night past without incidence and the close proximity to the airport made to a very quick and easy access to my flight. I would definitely recommend this to others so long as you are not traveling with young children.

The La Quinta Inn Cleveland Airport was pretty much a standard nofrills hotel. Although the staff at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Housekeeping was not performed on our room during our first nites stay and we were forced to pack up our belonging and move to another room. Subsequently, houskeeping was still lacking and we had to request towels and other toiletries n a daily basis.
