While the staff was very nice and tried to help by giving us another room without a hassle... the experience was ruined by the first room offered us. There were bugs...(roaches and flies) in the restroom, on the window, and worst... in one of the beds!

Location. Noise. Very easy to hear people talking in room next door. Stay was enjoyable. Location is great (close to universities) and easy to get to from interstate.

Room dirty. Trash/garbage litered the entire property. Empty, used water bottles floating in pool. Morning breakfast was a joke and to say they have one is somewhat misleading.

Good hotel for the price, but nothing special. Room service was very nice and helpful. Pool looked great, but didn't get a chance to use it. Shower heads were pretty terrible and beds were very stiff, not very relaxing. Staff in general was great. There was a Denny's right in the parking lot, which made breakfast easy when we missed the complimentary breakfast in the hotel.

Found the room and hotel in general clean and appropriate for our travel. Hotel was updated and clean, away from a lot of traffic in the area it was in. Our room was comfortable.

I like La Quinta because you know what you'll get. Standardized rooms and quality, clean and a good, basic breakfast. My only complaint at this property was the noise - it's next to an interstate and the Friday night we stayed there were several loud motorcycles and cars squealing out at the intersection. Very loud, so not very peaceful sleeping.

Their staff was friendly. The bath tub did not drain. I probably would not stay at this hotel again. The cleanliness of the room was not up to my expectations.

"I like staying here for its easy proximity to ACU. However, the beds are on the cheap side (thin mattresses, back-of-knee-bruising steel-reinforced edges), and sheets you can see through, mattress pads thin, flimsy. I usually only stay one night at a time, so I can live with that. However, as everything was a sheet of ice that night it would have been nice if they had sanded/salted the parking lot, walkways, stairs, railings to make walking safer. It wasn't until 9:30 the next morning I saw someone sprinkle a little magnesium chloride pellets on the stairs and parts of the walkways."

A non-smoking room should not be attached to a smoking room. I placed a wet towel under the door to absorb the smell of smoke coming into my room but 2 weeks later, my luggage still smells of smoke. My young daughter and I both got sick due allergies from cigarette smoke.

Easy access and continental breakfast was nice. Not a good value for the price. Personnel were friendly. Easy access. Non smoking room reeked of smoke because of bathroom vent. Had trouble sleeping because of allergies to cigarette smoke.

It was clean. Sparse, Log net TV, barking dogs, overpriced, paper thin walls. There are good La Quintas and crappy La Quintas, this one is B. Overpriced, & noisy. It was clean I'll give them that.

Staff was friendly & helpful. No hot water in the showers! Everything was fine except one major problem. No hot water. The hotel staff put us in another room, still no hot water. We were told they were having problems with the boiler.
