Location
The hotel is located in the new centre of Asuncion, where the best destinations of the city can be easily reached, such as the commercial and financial centre as well as the finest restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Mariscal Lopez shopping centre is right in front of the hotel and the cinemas in Villa Morra centre are one block away. The bus terminal is roughly 3.5 km away.
Facilities
The elegant hotel is safe, exclusive and cosy all at the same time. Each of the 36 rooms is different in layout and decoration. Each floor has a different colour that characterises it and a large living room with comfortable chairs and work stations equipped with computers, where guests can have private meetings, enjoy a drink or have a chat. The air-conditioned establishment welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Further facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, lift access, a TV lounge, cafe, bar, pub and restaurant. Business guests are sure to appreciate the conference facilities. Furthermore, WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services and a car park are provided.
Rooms
There are comfortable and excellent facilities in the rooms. All rooms are equipped with a satellite TV, Internet access, a safe, living room, and a terrace or balcony which offers amazing city views. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and hairdryer. Rooms with either double or king-size beds are available. All rooms also feature a direct dial telephone, washing machine, ironing set and kitchenette with a minibar, fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are air-conditioned (individually regulated) and heated.

What are your breakfast options?: Our breakfast is included in the rate, and international buffet with the highest standards, even the eggs are made instantly to your choice. We serve tea, coffee, chocolate, yogurt and juices, homemade bakery freshly made every morning in the hotel, guests’ choice of eggs prepared at the moment, bacon, sausages, variety of homemade breads and toasts, sandwiches, ham and cheese, fruits, etc. Continental breakfast can be served in the room; the cost of room service is PYG 10.00 or approximately 2.50 USD.
What transport is available to get around?: We are just steps away of public transportation and yellow cabs, but they are not very recommendable. Thinking of our guests’ high standards, we have our exclusive luxury transfer services with bilingual chauffeurs and new cars. The cost of the airport/hotel transfers in and out are 30 USD, other transfers are charged upon distances. All of the transfer services are charged directly to the room bill.
Do you have internet?: We have full internet access, Wi-Fi and fiber optic 5MB is available in the hotel areas, free of charge. We also have business center and one computer available on each floor also free of charge.
