Great hotel, ever helpful staffarrived at 10pm and the staff were as cheery as if it were morning time, the following morning we were given plenty of information about what we could do with the time we had available....the room was basic but very clean, we did receive a room that faced onto the street where a main police station was, which did get a little bit noisy at 4am, but apart from that, no complaints... would recommend this place to other travellers

Rather high price in comparison to room quality and services. Rooms are terribly small, especially bathroom - only for small and slim people. If you have big luggage, probably you have to stay outside the room. But very comfortable beds. It is very important to choose the right time for breakfast - very small room and sometimes people has to wait.

Room was very small, though was expecting this, and was only staying briefly. Shower was broken and no tea or coffee facilities. It was, however, in a great location, close to Metro, bars and cafe's and staff very friendly and welcoming.

Front desk gentleman is very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel is very clean, though really tiny. Conveniently located and easy access to all public transportations.

Nice hotel, the only problem I had was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. I had to leave the window open all night. They gave me another room for the next night as I complained. They could not do it the night before as the hotel was fully booked. I would have appreciate a compensation or a reduction of the bill for it but didn't get anything.There is no possibility to have breakfast before 7.00am on a weekday. They should provide for tea and coffee at least.

This hotel was excellent, especially for the price. I've stayed in many hotels around Paris and found this one to be particularly special with lovely helpful, funny staff and even better a 24 hour bar. Having read some of the reviews I was a little concerned but I think they must've been written by Francophobic yanks who expected to wake up under the eiffel tower on the champs elysee with the mona lisa hanging in their room and pay buttons for it. The area is very piteresque but like most budget hotels you need to use the underground to navigate the city and the local station is just a stone throw away. Try it, you might like it!!
