We had a fantastic time in the room, at the pool and on the beach, all within footsteps of each other. All staff were extremely friendly. We were allowed to check in early and were also not rushed out the door for check out. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

This place was filthy, moldy. Just gross. The towels were yellow and it looked like a halfway house for drunks.

La Breeze Inn & Suites was a decent place to stay. The location was great. The price was good. The probelm we had was that when we got to our room the hotel staff did not do a good job cleaning. They didn't even take the foo out of the refrigerator that the people before us left. Looked like they were doing some rennovations. Our room was at the end of the hall on the top floor and the bars that should seperate our balcony from the roof 3 of them were broken so you could walk right off the balcony and onto the roof - kind of strange. The beach was great and other than those 2 things so was everything else there. I would mind staying again if they complete the rennovations and clean a little better next time.

Nothing fancy for certain but clean and worth what we paid for it which was quite reasonable. Nice pool and beach area. Would stay there again.

The motel has seen better days but the room was clean and the manager was friendly. For a quick getaway it fit the bill, it had a pool and was basically located right at the beach.

Our family found this to be a very affordable and enjoyable place to stay. Front office and staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Very family oriented. Convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. Beach access was great with shower provided. Our family plans to stay here again

"I was skeptical because of previous ratings. We decided to try it, for a family of 8 the price couldn't be beat. Glad we did! The hotel is under new management as of 1 month. the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were adequate. The location was great! Right on the beach. Our room was right next to the pool. There was no partying, which was just what we were looking for. Far enough away from Daytona for peace and quiet, but just a short drive and we could visit the pier and all the shops."

"Where to start?The rooms smell and are dirty. I had to clean as soon as we got there. There was dirt on floor and food left on a chair. The only reason we even stayed was that we were told we would get a reduction in rate when we left and wich we didn't get. The outside needs alot of work, chipped paint everywhere."

The bathrooms were clean and the people in the office were as sweet as can be but the hotel itself needs a lot of work done. I bought some air freshners for the hotel because it smelled funny...like wet rug when you walked in. The walls need to be painted and the outside of the hotel needs a lot of work done such as painting and some cleaning. If they atleast repaint and get new carpets it would make a world of difference.
